    I fasted 14 days and lost 36lbs. In total lost 100lbs. Fasting too 40 years off my face. Fasting is the TRUTH!

      wow thats a lot for 14 days. Did you only do water fast? When I did a 21 day water fast at the beginning of this year, I lost like 18 lbs but I was already small then so maybe that's why I didn't lose that much

    I lost 70 pounds fasting, gained 20 lbs back, and now I'm trying to keep it off by eating reasonably. I've stopped eating lots of sweets and started drinking lots of water. Right now, I'm back down 60 lbs. It takes focus and work.

    Congratulations on your weight loss. I been doing 18:6 intermittent fasting and it’s been the best thing God has ever led me to do. I don’t know my exact weight but back in January 2024 around my birthday I was easily around 190/195. I didn’t start tracking my weight loss until 4/21/24. That’s when I began IF. I started at 179.6 on 4/21 and today I’m currently 158. My goal is around 140🙌🏾🙌🏾

    I’m post menopausal and I’m #53. I’ve gained weight from taking hormone replacement for 10 years, now I am completely off but it’s so hard losing the extra pounds…I’m not going to give up trying, I will achieve my weight loss goal. CW:210, GW:150, I’m 5’3 and did I mention I’m not going to give up trying 💪🏾🙏🏾🌹😊♥️

      You can do it. I am 53 and I currently weigh 165 lbs. My starting weight was 225lbs and I’m trying to get down to 140 lbs. I walk 3 miles M-F, 4 miles on Saturday, and 5 miles on Sunday. I lift weights Monday-Friday and I eat high protein and very low carbs. You got this.

      It can be done but it’s definitely easier to lose weight when you’re young. Peakmill is still young so her method might not work for someone in their 40s or 50s.

      @@lola2659when in my late 30s early 40s I easily lost using intermittent fasting and weightlifting. I became sick and gained 30lbs over the course of 5-6 years. Now I’m menopausal and using this same formula barely works 😅

    Called off my wedding and my body has just been swelling. Sitting down right now, 35pounds added on, so sad and frustrated about how I feel and look, I’m over it and your video popped up.     For me it was depression and anxiety due to a mental health break-down from chronic stress which destabilised my nervous system, loss of friends, which hijacked my social life and led to isolation, coming face to face with my dark side which led to withdrawal from ppl as well. Overeating due to stress, depression, boredom, loneliness. Food became my source of happiness, comfort, my companion and my best friend. I became a compulsive eater and drinker and I'm the heaviest I've been in my life. I look back at the past four years and at times i feel angry. Angry at everyone and everything that triggered me into this weak broken fat version of myself but I'm praying for healing. Healing that the enemy tries to convince me that I don't deserve because of what I did in the past. Now trying to lose the weight and get my mental health back is HARD. Especially when I'm not in control of my mind. I will go on autopilot and binge eat and drink unconconsiously and once I start, I can't stop. But God will help me

      You are not unconsciously eating; you are choosing to eat like that. You are choosing to be depressed and sad. If you write a long paragraph explaining why you are eating the way you are and why your behavior is like that, then you can control what you are doing because you are aware. Get right with GOD he can fix all things!

      Oh sweetie trust me when I say I’ve been there. Similar situation and I gained 65 lbs in a matter of 3 months. Still due to chronic stress (and incessant stressors in my life) it took me 3 years to get the weight off but I did. Commitment to a better and healthier me. It may take a while but for as much as you can control try to at least commit to your goal no matter how long it takes. The time is going to pass you by anyway whether it’s a year, two, three or ten! You want to be able to look back ten years from now and know that you did it rather than ten years from now being in the same place or worse. Keep trying you can get there!!!

    When I had gestational diabetes, in order to avoid getting on medication I had to have a stringent diet that was high in protein, moderate in carbs- I was very particular about my carbs, not eating after 8, and getting good sleep. I also walked twice a day: once after lunch and once after dinner. That’s it, never lifted a weight, just walked.I just managed according to my blood sugar and avoided meds, and my weight gain was well managed. I was probably at my leanest and my baby was still big. Goes to show that managing your blood sugar truly has its benefits!! I need to get back to it!

    Amen, sister to all you said. I'm 41 had my last child, last year, still nursing and working on my body transformation. I love how you emphasized not only when you eat but what you it. It's so important, I try not to eat after the sun goes down and it has helped I weight train 3 days a week and try to get 12,000 steps 5 days a week. Walking is a fat burning machine! I'm glad you are leaning on Christ in this journey it makes such a difference. Looking forward to seeing more health journey videos.

    Yesss peak mill. I’m so excited to watch this. I just hit my one year mark postpartum with my first baby I have definitely been motivated by your weight loss journey. Trying to get myself together.. pre baby and health issue I dropped to 120 and I was loving how snatched my face was etc so I’ve been struggling dealing with a chubby face no shade to anyone with it but it’s not my same face I’ve had all these years.

      3lbs per week is quite unrealistic/extreme. Hopefully you do some research in how to do it in a healthy an sustainable way

      Your A1C will drop. My A1C was 5.7 (prediabetic). Did a 8 day water fast and it went down to 5.3. You must lower your carb and sugar intake and do IF. I do keto. But try to do healthy/clean keto. I just came back from my vacation in Jamaica so I ATE a lot and drank a bit lol. I start my 5 day water fast tomorrow but I'm gonna try to push it to 10 days.       @@peakmill well done , I did too and the benefit were immense, at a point I had to consciously gain weight bcos I lost a bit too much and sis 🙄 gaining the weight was even more difficult for me than the losing because I wanted to gain healthy weight 😄 the struggle was real but I did it 😄🙏🙏
      I’m stuck with the lifestyle and it makes me really happy I love the results but its always hard-work

    I lost 100lb naturally and have been maintaining it for a year now! Best way to keep it off is to get the knowledge!! Will be sharing my journey on my channel too! I didn’t need to fast thankfully as that didn’t work for me! I haven’t been in the gym for over a year!

    In the last 8 weeks I’ve lost 20lbs🙌🏽 I went on the “Common Sense/Stop the BS Diet”🤣
    I Stopped Overeating, Stopped going back for Seconds and Thirds, Stopped Foolishly Snacking, No Soda, Lots of Water, Exercising at least 3 times a week, and eating foods that I’m Supposed to be eating. I was Living to eat, and Not eating to Live. I have Always been able to loose weight whenever I put my mind to it, but my Struggle is “Maintaining It”! I am Learning to Maintain my weight-loss.

      Sodas are my downfall. I lost weight but still just limit my sodas to 1 soda a day. I find myself drinking only a few sodas every week. I was drinking my weight up. Food wasn’t my issue.

    New too your channel I lost 50 pounds around covid bc I picked up some much weight. I still have 30 pounds to lose it’s funny your channel just popped up in my feed right on time bc I really needed the motivation to start over! I definitely have to listening too my body I’ve MS which makes everything 10x harder but I’m going to trying to try my best to get this weight off me so I can have a premium lifestyle and shape lol💜💜💜💜thanks for your content🤩

    I literally was just doing research and reading studies on this because unfortunately I’m insulin resistant and you’re 100% right! I’m also incorporating more antioxidants like polyphenol foods (matcha green tea, berries etc) because it reduces the oxidative stress and keeps mitochondria and beta cells healthy for blood sugar! I was drinking a lot too and had to slow down! Felt like you were talking directly to me! LOVED this video!! 💯

      If you have insulin resistance you need zepbound. Works wonders! My resistance is gone and down 55lbs in 3 months.

    Fasting is good but as she said, do not be extreme. A colleague recently decided to do it for 21 days. Died while doing so. Organs shut down. Please be very careful.
