Wheat Rava & Whole Moong Dosa ! Easy!! Healthy!! Diabetic friendly!!!

  • This video shows how to make an instant healthy dosa from wheat rava and green moong. It is a fibre rich protein filled healthy combination. Ne need to ferment. It can be made as soon as grinding.
    Ingredients
    The green moong 2 cups(soak overnight)
    Wheat rava/Broken wheat/lapsi 1 cup(soak for 2 hours)
    Salt
    Ginger a small piece
    Oil 2 Tbsp
    Onions finely chopped(optional)
    For chutney
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Dry red chillies 2-3
    Salt
    Tomatoes 2-3 (ripe, red)
    Asafoetida/hing a pinch
    Tamarind asmall piece
    Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
    Coriander leaves a few

    Thank you Ma'am for this lovely healthy recipe with no rice flour added to the green gram . Adding wheat rawa is a excellent idea . And your accompanying chutneys are so interesting and make these type of dosas tasty to eat . I know only coconut chutney which is good for regular idli and dosa but not suitable for these type of idlis and dosas . Each time I look forward to seeing what chutney you are going to prepare as accompanimwnt for the idli dosa , pongal etc . Thank you sweet Ma'am once again .
