Guest Special Thali !! Easy Step by Step Process ! NorthIndianVegLunch !

This video shows how to make a special North Indian Veg lunch thali. It can be served for guests or delight your family over a weekend! A simple step by step process easy for beginners and with a delicious taste too!
Menu To Serve 4-6 persons
Moong Dal halva
Poori
Jeera Rice
Channa masala
Matar Paneer
Aloo Fry
Papad
Pickle,Curd,Salad
Moong dal halwa
Moong dal 1/2 cup
Ghee 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Cashewnuts 2 tbsp
Jaggery powder 1 cup
Hot milk 1 cup
Cardamoms 4
Matar paneer
paneer 200 gm
frozen peas 100 gm
Onions 2
tomatoes 2
ginger a small piece
Garlic 2 cloves(optional)
Oil 2 tbsp +1 Tbsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp ,haldi1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Dania powder 1tsp
Jeera power 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Jeera Rice
Long grain rice 1 cup
ghee 2tbsp
cloves 2
cinnamon a small piece
bay leaf 1
Green chilis 2
Jeera/Cumin seeds 1 Tbsp
Water 11/2 cups
Salt
Dried Onion slices 2 Tbsp
Channa Masala
Kabuli Channa /white chickpeas 1 cup
Onions 3
tomatoes 2
ginger a small piece
Oil 3 Tbsp
Salt
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Chole Masala 1 Tsp
Ginger strips a few
coriander leaves a few
Aloo Fry
Potato 1/2 kg
Oil 2 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
urad dal 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves a few
Turmeric powder
salt
Chilli powder 1 tsp
kashmiri chilli powder 1tsp
hing/asafoetida a pinch
