    I Love your recipies!
I lost my mother in the year 2000. 3 years before I got married. She was an amazing cook. From samosa, to usal, to manchurian, she made it all at home. She used stone grinder for her masala and chutney. I could not learn much from her as I was studying that time. But you are adorable and the warmth I feel from you is like my own mother. Now, I make dishes everyday by following your recipes. Thank you so much for your initiative and channel!
    Love and Respect!🙏🙏🙏

Long time back I had soaked these pulses and tied in a cloth but after sprouting like I kept it in the clothe for like 10 hrs or so and there was a smell. So after that I stopped doing it. Can you pls advise on this. Any idea why this is happening. I wud always make salads with it but Cox of the smell even after washing was very strong.
    Thanks for the recipe though
