1986 90 hp Inline 6 Mercury correct position on transom

After many delays, I am rigging to run this little 90 hp Merc. I Will have many other videos as I go along here but for now, the height of the motor is my focus. Then, rigging the cables to the motor. I am not the one who removed the cables and have never done this, and I did not take them loose. The question here, of course, is what is the correct height of the motor.
