I wasn't feeling motivated because It seems like I didn't make any progress with the scale. Took progression pictures and compared. I'm definitely getting results I'm just plateauing or have some water weight. Not sure what's going on. I remembered why I'm doing this, it isn't just for weightloss. It's for my mental health and to get stronger as well. Regardless of the numbers on the scale im always benefiting from a work out. The scale is just a tool. I definitely crushed this work out 💪

This is my third day back in the saddle working out consistently. This was probably my best workout so far. My body is sore, but I felt energized. I was even able to move up in weights for some of the exercises. Thank you Sydney for always being there for us and pushing us even as you push yourself.

Not easy is so accurate but so so powerful. I feel 200% stronger from just this workout alone and I’ve been rocking with Coach SC for 2 years! SHE is SOLID. HER body of WORK is TRUE. THE BEST 🤙🏼🙏🏼👍🏼

Wasn’t my favorite style with the unsteady combos but I understand that they push you in a different way. I consider myself to be core strong and I still spend too much tine with trying to stable my form so I Often separate and feel like it’s not a good workout for me because it means way less reps
Great job for putting yourself through this workout and working hard to push through it! I will say that core strong and stabilization and be a bit different as we move into coordination exercises like the ones today! When I find I'm having trouble balancing it is sometimes that the weight is too heavy, my tempo is focused too much on speed versus function, or I'm trying to rush the two exercises together too much and never really nailing either one. Hopefully one of these tips will help you find the connection with this style of workout today, either way I am proud of you for showing up and doing your very best!

I'm six months behind due to massively falling behind around the winter and spring time this year, but I am determined to finish every program anyway. After each workout I take a couple of minutes to read comments from when this vid was posted and it always cheers me up

What a lovely way to start the week! My twins have a cold so woke me up 7 times last night, then our HVAC went out so we woke up to the house being 58° 🥶 momma is tired but showed up for ME!!!!! Was very grateful for 30 min today. Quick to the point CHALLENGING & great for ME. Definitely needed those jab crosses today. Let out a whole lotta stress.
I wasn’t going to workout 🏋️♀️ today but my mind said, it’s only for 30 minutes plus you would feel better. I want to thank you for your encouraging words while will 🏋️♀️ til the end of the workout 🏋️♀️. I got an incentive last week, my wife wants me to start helping her workout 🏋️♀️. But she doesn’t like working out 🏋️♀️ but she was looking at her arms and decided to do something about it. But she’s a diabetes and I have been trying to get her to workout 🏋️♂️ for some years. But I’m glad she initiated it it first and I’m glad she’s chosen to get in shape. She’s a beginner and said, “I can’t be doing what you’re doing but I want to start doing something. So, I’ll be doing workout 🏋️♀️ on her end that she’s able to do and do my workout 🏋️♀️ routine exercises also. Keep us in prayer 🙏
Loved these combos!!! Who knew I could do a leg raise and lateral raises at the same time! It certainly showed me how much my core and balance have improved since I started working out with Sydney. Thanks so much! Great workout!!!
