      In another A1466 te fan run for short time and then stop, so its not turning on, any tips plz?

    My laptop is dead and no lights at all on the connector when plugged in. The charger output is 3.5V but when I test the differential on the connector (where the charger is plugged in) is giving me 0.200 volts.

      just to confirm, the circuit where the power is connected to the computer was the problem. Indeed, the small hardware was not passing enough current therefore the huge difference in voltage.
      I replaced it and my laptop is back to life. A $11 bucks circuit and $0 for my labor (but priceless); a very cheap repair.
