my a1466 mac book air does not start up appears to have an open as a cap below the cpu heat sink has no voltage on either side of it any way to apply power on it as bus has 8.8 vdc and 12 vdc seem to all be their

I know this is off topic and I’m sorry but I didn’t know who else to go to for opinions.
I have a 2017 MacBook Air that I want to sell, but it has two problems. The first problem is 3-4 of the keys are unresponsive. The second problem is out of nowhere the sound doesn’t work at all. Other than those problems the laptop works perfectly fine
Im kinda in a tough spot financially and I need to get rid of it. Was planning on selling on eBay and Facebook market. Does anyone know how much I would be able to sell it for with these problems? I was going to sell for $200 maybe?
Too bad there repair cost are out of sight. The quote I received lately was insane.
