    i watched ur whole fat loss series and decided to start my cut. i was about 18-20% body fat then i kept a goal to reach 10% body fat so that i can have a prolonged bulk like u said for one year or so. thank you for ur videos i dont miss any of ur content, u have been a mentor in this journey for me...appreciate it.

    I have transformed from 40% to 20% body fat
    I was in the state of turmoil to weather start bulking or continue cutting

      Did you hit weight loss plateau during resistance training? I am doing the same. Down to 37% from 44% but my weight loss have stalled ( maintaining 700 calorie deficit everyday )

      Need to reduce calorie intake and increase step count
      @Khan said it right
      If it is taking too long to see changes in weight then reduce some calories intake and at the same time try to increase physical activity

      @@sidgupta6767 dude!!! if you are at 700 for longer period then your metabolism will be fucked! just do the resistance training...you should eat something close to your maintainence otherwise your progress will fade away just like that and you'll feel like shit even while working out..

    I've started my fitness journey 2 months back, just by being in a calorie deficit, cardio training and completely stopping artificial sweetener from my life & have lost some weight.
    I'll join a gym in the coming days for resistance training.
    The only thing i feel sad about is I'm 27 now, and after watching all these videos, I realised i had so much potential to look so good during my peak years. I just regret starting too late.
    I wished i could've started my journey earlier and would've looked so good throughout my college days. •_•

      I started my journey @18 yrs of age, for everyone it would be different so you can't compare. Fitness is a lifetime journey, it's not relevant to age.

    I use to believe in lose 10kg in 10days, but then I found this MAN. He opened up my eyes and even though I’m from commerce background, I loved to learn physics and maths.
    I was 100KG with 27% body fat but in 4 months now I’m 82 KG and below 18% Body fat.
    I would like appreciate your efforts and the knowledge you have it about fitness ❤

    Amazing information and take aways for all levels, from newbies to advanced individuals. I was definitely aware of terms as well as meanings of bulking and cutting processes, but when to opt what, is clear after watching this hyper-informative video. And I could understand that in which stage of fitness journey I am currently. Siddharth very impressive efforts in educating today’s youth (actually all those who are interested in making their life better) by providing such research backed video content in very easy and understandable way.     Cutting or bulk dono me protein leta hu or
    Bulking me jyada protein diet se leta hu
    And hard training
    Not to much eating
    Maintenance se 500 calorie + khata hu
