recently i have been seeing many articles and videos that 1.6 to 2 gm per kg of protein is too high. 85 percent of proteins gets recycled leaving only a shortfall of 20-30 gms which we need to consume daily, What are your views on this,, because regarding protein there are studies in both direction and those which favour high consumption of protein are promoted by govt and media bez it supports huge industry of dairy, meat, powders,. That should be fine as long as home cooked food includes good amounts of lentils, paneer, yogurt, milk, bananas and all. You can also soak green lentils and consume them as sprouts. For better assimilation of food in your system try making home food without onion and garlic with less tomatoes. Also consume food within max 3 hours of preparation. We find good protein in plant based foods. If you can't afford whey, then try getting spirulina powder its natural contains a very high percentage of protein per gram and will last you a longer time which is a cost effective solution......best of luck brother !
I work in weird shift hours ( 4 am to 1 pm) . Then sleep at 2:30 pm to wake up at 6 pm . Come back from the gym at 10 am. Sleep again at 12 to wake up at 3 am. Does that mean I am will not have any muscle growth with this schedule??😢
Sleep from 8pm to 4am. Use dark curtains , ear plugs , melatonin etc anything which lets you sleep before 9pm . You can workout evening. No need to sleep in the day. Uniterrupted 8 hr sleep is far better than sleeping in 2 intervals

So, can you give me some protein source food which i can use that to fulfill my daily protein needs. Like if I use protein powder also 2 scoop per day I can have approx 50gm and rest 30gm from daily different food but the remaining 50gm how should I gain that much ?

My weight is 115 kg, it means i have to take 115×1.5= 172 g protein daily. How it's possible i mean its really challenging 😢

bro no offence but fix your finances first and then focus on fitness, also there are many ways to work on your fitness if you got money issues.
try to get as close to optimal range as possible. You will still get results, but a bit slower. But you should still continue

you can mix a chest and back workouts same day to make those muscles active more than one day. Or else if you are a beginner you can do once a week
