    recently i have been seeing many articles and videos that 1.6 to 2 gm per kg of protein is too high. 85 percent of proteins gets recycled leaving only a shortfall of 20-30 gms which we need to consume daily, What are your views on this,, because regarding protein there are studies in both direction and those which favour high consumption of protein are promoted by govt and media bez it supports huge industry of dairy, meat, powders,. What are your views on this.

      bro no offence but fix your finances first and then focus on fitness, also there are many ways to work on your fitness if you got money issues.

      try to get as close to optimal range as possible. You will still get results, but a bit slower. But you should still continue

    I am 18 yo and I'm a student.
    I dont have those equipments and i cant make my diet as you told....
    Since I'm a student, i dont have money to fulfil my protein intake or go to the gym.
    My parents dont support me to get lean.
    I'm 75 KG and my height is 5" 6.
    I want to lose those extra belly fat to boost my confidence.
    Only thing I'm able to do is create a deficit and maintain it as long as it takes.
    I'm determined to it.
    Unfortunately can't get access to the equipments and protein intake...!😓😓

    Knowledgeable content as always. I have a question. All the Exercises and No. Of Sets you mentioned I do on a single day and mostly back to back. I have only 1 chest day in my routine. So is this sufficient or I should do all these exercises on different days.

      you can mix a chest and back workouts same day to make those muscles active more than one day. Or else if you are a beginner you can do once a week

    I can't afford protein intake so I can only afford exercise, sleep, and home cook food....so I was wondering if I could still get results

      That should be fine as long as home cooked food includes good amounts of lentils, paneer, yogurt, milk, bananas and all. You can also soak green lentils and consume them as sprouts. For better assimilation of food in your system try making home food without onion and garlic with less tomatoes. Also consume food within max 3 hours of preparation. We find good protein in plant based foods. If you can't afford whey, then try getting spirulina powder its natural contains a very high percentage of protein per gram and will last you a longer time which is a cost effective solution......best of luck brother !

    I work in weird shift hours ( 4 am to 1 pm) . Then sleep at 2:30 pm to wake up at 6 pm . Come back from the gym at 10 am. Sleep again at 12 to wake up at 3 am. Does that mean I am will not have any muscle growth with this schedule??😢

      You should sleep from 8-9 pm to 3-4 pm

      Sleep from 8pm to 4am. Use dark curtains , ear plugs , melatonin etc anything which lets you sleep before 9pm . You can workout evening. No need to sleep in the day. Uniterrupted 8 hr sleep is far better than sleeping in 2 intervals

    Example
    Monday - whole body
    Tuesday - chest
    Wednesday -biceps and triceps,
    Etc etc , kya ese schedule banane se hoga?

      You can but when you prefer cardio(running/jogging) you burn more calories but carve more calories so you may eat maore food.
      Walking along with gym is very good for better results

      Always take 2 times a day any good liver tonic (preferably empty stomach) or a tablet, i resolved my SGOT/SGPT increased value to normal in 2 months with two bottles of LivAmirt

    Every thing going according to the plan you just told , Deficit of 500-700 cal per day , 6 days training , Only problem is protein and other nutrition deficiency, i can barely complete 120 g of protein daily (after counting Muscleblaze whey protein) , and I am a student , Living in a hostel , Campus me jo available hai usse yahi ho pata hai,,, Sprouts ye log dete nahi hai...

    Hi @Hypertroph I'm 87 kg and as you said that protein intake should be 1.6 to 2 gm per kg. so, according to this mine protein intake should be 139.2 gm daily. So, can you give me some protein source food which i can use that to fulfill my daily protein needs. Like if I use protein powder also 2 scoop per day I can have approx 50gm and rest 30gm from daily different food but the remaining 50gm how should I gain that much ?
