All practical things being shared from a legend to his students.. and yes i have automated fitness in my lifestyle no problem if i miss a workout or two i just compensate it next day by doing the missed one's compound movements... BUT i lack a lot when it comes to diet.. can resist the packet foods and junk but cannot the food made at home which often leads to caloric surplus
