@@ringtoneswala5402 calorie counting is just a myth. every food has its harmonal effect. forget the law of thermodynamics it has nothing to do with biology or human anatomy. learn about human anatomy first then implement you will see the results. the only problem in the subcontinent is we are too much dependent on carbs and assume that it will give us energy. you must get the right knowledge first. and forget calorie counting too much yes you have to eat less so what do you think can you get 1500 cal for drinking pepsi only? it will destroy you and your body composition...there are three persons one is getting 100 cal from egg , one from roti , and one from carbonated drink. you body does not care about calorie it will detect the components of the food and act food is jjust like a messenger to harmones and it will revert back to you as you put in your body. i hope that helps

A good motivation video but without taking into account actual practical life of a typical Indian. Just two points--First, On an avarage Indians work for 10x6 a week. (The data you see on internet reports is usually for organized/formal sector. Step out see informal sector - retail jobs, gig workers, factory labours, security guards etc.. Infact, now a days even formal sector is pushing for 70-80hrs a week). 2nd- Average Indian salary is just ₹25000-30000 a month. Not everyone can afford a cook and gym membership in this much. Spending on essentials is priority, whatever left is saved for any unforeseen situation. I beleive majority of people like me don't because they are unable to maintain a routine owing to daily varying work schedules. Work-life balance in India, unlike western countries, is screwed. We don't have the luxury to reach at 10,leave at 6 and avoid work-calls out of office hours. A lot of people carry their office to home also. Ab iske baad 10-12-15 hours week me bach bhi gaye to insan sukoon chahta hai,family- bachcho ke saath rehna chahta hai...workout nhi. Peace & Happiness is not equivalent to workout for everyone.

In return your good health and fitness will give you a better productive capability and will save you tonnes of money you'll likely spend in your 40s managing your BP, stress, anxiety, diabetes and all other various diseases

Sir, I have been following your diet plant and eating in calorie deficit (1500-1800 Cal/day). Doing 6 days/week mid heavy workout. Still my face and tummy fat in not reducing. Can you please give some tips or share reason what is I am missing.
How long are you doing this for? It takes time. Check your weight and see if you have lost weight or not and look at your body pictures now compared to earlier to see if progress is being made. Fat deposition and loss pattern depends on your genetics, it could be you have lost fat from other parts of your body. Stay consistently in calorie deficit, keep exercising and working out. Over time these fat deposits will also decrease, it is a process of weeks and months, not days
@@axoltl1 I have doing this for almost 2 and half months. I have good body, it's just pandemic gave me face and tummy fat. I can see muscles being build and I feel stronger before earlier, however, Fat looks same to me.. I will continue this.... Maybe need to include some cardio because as of now I only do Heavy weight workout.
