    Warm water first thing in morning. It cleans digestive system
    Take breakfast for sure
    Have carbohydrates+protein
    Like oats+ milk
    Paranthas + curd
    Or handful of almonds
    Upma or poha + milk
    Take fillers like
    mixture of dryfruits like walnut, almonds + fruits that can be easily carried
    Take roasted makhana
    For lunch time ensure you have salad because you get enough fiber .+ Vitamins and minerals
    Take Bowl of curd or dal
    Rice or chappati
    Take black seed or teel chutney
    Eat similar kind of food that you have in the breakfast
    Ensure no junk food
    Like poha or upma or 1 chappati roll or sandwich
    Keep yourself well hydrated
    Take sips of water while sitting
    Our body has a mechanism of asking for more water if you start giving more water.
    Dinner :
    Have daal at the dinner time for sure
    Take light dinner only
    Take idli dosa upma poha at around 7 PM

    Could you also guide or give tips for healthcare workers who are mostly inside OT who cannot have access to snacks or have their mid breaks due to workload and nature of the job.
    It would really help if you could guide.

    Very Well opined.♥️ Just felt a lil difficult to incorporate with people working on Night shifts. Caffeine is very much required. Also barely get time to cook 3 meals so might have to stick to south indian or soupy foods. Also images could be added to this video to make it more attractive.

    Hello mam...I drink water,like to eat banana and 5 almonds after I get up in the morning..after one hour if I eat poha as breakfast..do the 5 almonds eaten in the morning cover for proteins ..or still the breakfast lacks proteins

      Hi, you need to consume at least 15 to 20 almonds to get the protein advantage.

    Good video, however in a lot of parts I am completely lost. If this video is mainly focused on indian audience then all good, but if you wanted to make it on RUclips in general audience, id only suggest to add a bit more break down that will be followed by foreigners. I googled every single dish and while I understand what it is, I don't understand what it can be replaced with when eating more western food (since every dish is a different form of vegetable, I don't understand which part of it is balanced. Its veggie, with veggie sauce, with more veggie sauce (dal, salad and chutney), what). Thank you.
