You can’t beat the classics. What I love about them is how you can do little mods to whatever suits the mood. I like a lil Ketchup/hot sauce to dip my tots in. Also strawberry jam for the toast. And black coffee! But the possibilities from these simple base ingredients is near limitless.
heh, that's basically my dinner plan for the evening. I just have plain white bread and I'm using pre-shredded hash browns instead of tots. but I will be baking my bacon and having my eggs over medium (I don't flip mine back though).

Once I tried baking bacon in the oven I've never gone back to using a pan. Comes out perfect every time!
I season it with cracked black pepper as well. Also way less mess to clean up after.
