  • This simple yoga sequence by Kassandra Reinhardt is designed to guide you through yoga poses that will help you detox and debloat. There are no props required for this practice, so let’s get started!
    On top of massaging the abdomen to improve digestion, the featured yoga poses also have the added benefit of giving you a boost of energy, which is important after a big meal.     are you aware that there are now midroll ads? there used to be none.. maybe put them to the beginning / end. otherwise a lovely practice!

    I wanted to say your video was very helpful. The ads were interfering the flow of your class. This was terrible.

    Hi Kassandra, I am a beginner in yoga really but I have IBS and stomach issues quite often and would love something to help. Would this help me?

      Hi Donna, thanks for reaching out! You might find this class beneficial for IBS symptoms but this will likely vary from person to person and also the severity of the symptoms. This practice is ideal for digestive issues such as bloating, gas and constipation.

    A very good flow, but deciding for two ads in the MIDDLE of this super short flow is just not relaxing at all.
