    Me Gujarat ke Ahmedabad city se bol raha hu me 5 months se preparation 5 km ka kar raha hu to mere ko 5 km 20.00 minutes se pahle laane ke kiye kya karana chahiye,me army ki dod paas kar chuka hu, or 4 year srpf Gujarat gov job kar chuka hu or me abhi civil police me 4 years finished ho nevala ve usme running 21.34 me pura kiya tha 2016 me ab mere ko ⭐⭐INSPECTOR KE LIYE 20.00 SE PAHLE PURN KARANA HE PRACTICE CHAALU HE AB 23.00 MINUTES AA RAAH HE TO PLEASE SUGGEST..6353778582
