    Bhai hamara aisa kuch nhi hota mai 15 km dorta hu daily 1 hour 32 sec under.. then hamara 1600 Miter ka timing 4:12 aata hai bhai...... Then next year ki athletic mai selection vi hua hai hamara hume aapse milna hai aap kaha rehte ho ..

    1600 m ki Running time jab speed bhadhate hain to stomach pain hota hai jab speed normal kar dete hain to stomach bhi normal rahta hai... Mai isi wajah se speed bdha nhi pati...😞😢😢
