Instant relief. Thank you
Amazing how I can go to multiple physiotherapists and they can’t suggest anything at all like this that actually helps
I'm so grateful you felt some relief!
@@jessicamark6611 You are doing great work, thank you 🙏
@@SobrietyandSolace Thank you for watching and resonating with the work!
Great tip! Thank you
This worked instantly for me! Thank you!
So glad it worked!
I will try this, how often should we do?
Start with twice in a row two times per day. Less is more!
Wow, that’s all I can say! My left shoulder hasnt been level in years
I'm so grateful you felt a response! Amazing what the body can do!
I have had tightness in this area for years. I'm always massaging that trap area. Moreoever, this side is overworked when i exercise (weakness in shoulder and elbow - my arms are even bigger on this side).
However, i recently suffered an ulnar nerve entrapment (extreme pain from behind clavicle, rhomboid and down arm to pinky numbness).
Doctor thinks it's a herniation (without even examining me), but i'm convinced it's overuse in this shoulder.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Sounds like a lot of variables going on, David. It also could be less about the musculoskeletal system and more about stickiness, tension, and/or adhesions in the lungs, pleura, heart, or surrounding organs. Sometimes the muscular tightness is accommodating for something deeper going on. Not sure if you've had any manual therapy on it, but might be worth getting an in person opinion from someone you trust. Good luck!
@@jessicamark6611 Thank you Jessica - yes, my deep tissue work lapsed which has not helped me.
I suspect a lot of this is tightness, stress and overuse. Not so sure about organs.
I'm just very suspicious of my doctor (private) who within seconds said it was a disc and without knowing my shoulder history or examining me.
Your rib exercises have appeared to give me some relief.
Many thanks again
@@davidantony2734hey i know its a while but you sound like PRI would be a good option for you, i had a similar situation and with PRI exercises i have improved a lot
