I have slipping rid syndrome of first rib and other conditions I’m so miserable don’t know where to turn anymore. There’s a Dr that invented a surgery to fix it for good but he’s cash only. It gives me trouble breathing I beg family to pop it and when they get it right I can breathe for a while.
I find if I don’t stare down at things, my ribs don’t come out. I felt a direct connection one night when I raised my chin high. I do back bends to get them back in. I get more limber with time. It feels good.
There is no best exercise for best prevention only exercises that are prescribed per each persons issue. Most of the time we are using a DNS approach to address breathing issues around the anterior triangle.
sorry to be so offtopic but does anybody know a way to log back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost the login password. I appreciate any tricks you can give me
