this is the best day ever! I have been dealing with this pain in my body for five years. I have spent thousands of dollars on massage, physical therapy chiropractic and orthopedic doctors. I am equally elated and furious that these simple techniques were all I needed!

Thank you thank you. I was seen in the ER today and a wonderful physician diagnosed TOS. I have had every symptom for almost twenty years with no mention of TOS. When I asked one specialist regarding the huge and painful muscle in my arm pit she laughed and said it’s probably fat. A neurologist that saw me in the hospital told me it was just tension from my three children. I never mentioned my children. Just the areas of pain. His diagnosis was stress and told me I just need a Valium.
Finally, after all these years I have a diagnosis and plan.
Thank you. These exercises truly helped as I wait a neurologist work up.

OH MY GOD, I've tried all nerve flossing exercises out there which would basically just increase my symptoms (which occur as cubital and carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands). My hand and shoulder have been aching all the time, nothing would help me. And I did these exercises two days in a row and the pain is magically reduced to the level that I don't care anymore! I can't believe, it's been killing me mentally. I'm so thankful for the video. My saviour! It's amazing how you can get a real pain in the wrist which comes from your neck...

I have TOS since last year, and I can't even sleep well at night.
After several physiotherapy sessions without success, several hours watching videos here on YT, private massage sessions, etc, this brought me almost immediate relief!
I am really helpful that you posted this and and I am impressed how such a simple things can make a huge difference! :)

I have been struggling with pain in my neck and shoulder and down my arm since 2006. Many rounds of doctors, tests, all want to mention and treat for TOS but never outright diagnose, regardless of the evidence.
I tried this video while waiting for yet another 6-week round of physical therapy to start after a recent re-injury of the area. I know I'll be sore tomorrow but this release of pain will be worth it and I'll massage it out again with your amazing video. After almost a decade and a half of pain, I now have hope of regaining a healthy, active lifestyle. Thank you so much for this amazing gift. I can feel things with my hand again!! Thank you so much Rachel for giving us the power to heal ourselves. I have been seeing a chiropractor who will put my first rib in place but it snaps back out the next day. My rib has been stuck out of place for years (from sleeping on an air mattress) and it has gotten comfortable there due to bad posture and stress. I am always in pain and the rib won't budge unless I go to the chiropractor. It is maddening though, to go and pay money just to have it out of place the next day. What I really need is a masseuse/ physical therapist who understands my problem.

Wow such a fantastic video! I have suffered from a whiplash injury for 25 years and these exercises and stretches helped so much just doing them one time! I too have spent many $$ on massage, acupuncture, dry needling, and other recommended exercises from videos and therapists, but these stretches are so precise to TOS painful symptoms. Thanks!

This reduced my hand/arm numbness by about 50%; and I only did about 10 minutes worth. I can now bend my arm for a longer period of time before the tingling starts, plus, the tingling is less severe. I'm going to do this daily to see if I can see greater results. That side neck stretch is amazing. Thank you.
