I’m very grateful. I always instinctively did the hair pulling for headaches but I thought I was mad as a hatter lol. It’s good to know other people grab and gently pull hair for that relief of tension too. This felt great, plus it showed me the areas that benefited most, but it also showed me areas that need more work. Thank you again xx

God, this video has been my favorite for years now. This helps so much with my tmj especially at night. My neck is the main source of pain. I don’t know how to explain it. It goes down my jaw to my neck. This helps so much. Also I keep my head elevated at night. It helps with blood flow. Try to distract yourself with a book or this video for example from pain. For me, it seems like the pain doesn’t hit me until I’m ready to lay down and that sucks. I put a heating pad on my neck too and that helps. ❤

Rachel, this was such a relaxing experience. The one suggestion I have is maybe increasing the volume of your voice? I don't have external speakers for my laptop and so it was a little challenging to massage my face and strain to hear you. On the other hand, it might just be a problem on my side and not experienced by other viewers. No matter this has been a very helpful video. Thank you so much for making it.
