Her daughter is so beautiful and brave. She expressed herself perfectly from her heart. All while holding her baby girl.
The first nurse is borderline scary. I can't imagine being a healthcare worker and wishing someone gets SA'd and saying they're fat and short. She had the opportunity to shine light of the victim and really make an impact but instead she choose immature insults. Adults need to learn to speak like adults, and she's a nurse. Sad.
I was thinking that exact thing listening to her testimony.. it’s sad. I bet she’s upset but if she can wish so many evil things on a person imagine when she’s upset any other time
It's called expressing your anger.. Some people express it differently. I'm glad she said that, which makes him aware of what people think of him and what he is going to experience or witness in prison.

I can’t stop crying. This is absolutely heart breaking. My mother is my best friend and lord knows I can’t ever even think of her not with me. This is horrific. This person is a monster. These nurses dod nothing to deserve such heinous crimes to be committed against them when they were doing their job and caring for these patients and babies. Humans are evil not all but God gave us free will and choices in life but no one talks about that why back in the 1800 up until the 40’s or 50’s there wasn’t so many murdering people. Every decade after the 90’s it’s got violent.

I know this is devastatingly sad but that first nurse so classily ATE HIM UP. “Where your short fat self will undoubtedly be made someone else’s special friend where every day they will have their way with you. Unfortunately for them, if the photos of your toddler sized shoes have anything to say with it, they will be disappointed. Rot in hell”. She served her friends and every health care worker well. I hope she heals ❤

Im sorry but in the 1st nurse defense... she spoke from her phone because she wrote what she felt.. when people write things down in anger or hurt they have no filter... she said what she had to say to make him feel somewhat accountable and to make him feel bad.. she gave him every word he deserved. Lets be real when murderers go to jail its most common for people to think of whats the worse that can happen to a person in prison.. sa and unalived are the top things.. she spoke nothing but facts..

That first nurse made me uncomfortable knowing she's a nurse and expressing such vulgar insults like talking about SA in jail etc. And calling him short and fat. She could have made an impactful statement but instead she made us question her own sanity mental stability and even her dedication to serving others. Sad she looks like she could never be a good healthcare worker again with all that hate fueling inside her.

Methodist Dallas Medical Center has some of the worse nursing staff in the DFW area. They are very biased and racists. I remember the nurses in the Neuro ICU referring to black patients as ‘homeboy’. I also remember the nursing staff in the NICU asking the social worker to file CPS reports just because they didn’t have a good feeling about the parent, not basing it on anything substantial.
As a Nurse….Yyyeesss!!! These victim impact statements spoke the Truths!!! Sending my deepest heartfelt condolences to the Loved Ones of the Victims/fighters because their lives will make a difference! I stand with you!

I think that everyone deals with grief in a different way. These women are grieving. At the end of the day, she’s a human being and no one gets to tell you how to do it right, this is their moment to talk to the person that killed their loved one. They will only get one chance to do this… you can tell by their impact statements what stage of grief they are all in…
