Three years since the death of Marisela Botello Valadez, Lisa Dykes took the stand again Wednesday for the trial of the 23-year-old woman's murder. Dykes was one of three people who are facing charges in connection with Botello's death. She was later found found guilty of murder.

This defence doesn't make any sense. She should have gone with the story that yes, she was in love with Chuck, and that's why she protected him after he lost his mind while high on drugs one night and killed a woman he brought back.

Because of the laws. If you don’t know your being recorded then it’s not admissible in court. If you know your being recorded then it is admissible in court because you are aware of what you’re saying and why.
