Complete trash and should have gotten the death penalty under the capital murder charge. He was on parole on a tether & spent most his life in prison already. They should’ve kept him in the prison and these two wonderful care workers would be alive & a child wouldn’t be fatherless and born to a trash mother who’s also a convicted felon for robbery innocent people. Selena also needs to be charged for the gun as she was in contact with him the entire time and he was violated within 1 month of being on parole, sent back, and released 3 weeks before he did these crimes.
The evidence shows officers had to step over the nurse to put handcuffs on him. That means the nurse was leaving to report what was happening. He shot her in the back the second victim heard and w3nt too check the room and he shot her. He knew what his was doing. Junkie pay do the time.

Please throw Im him in prison forever w/out a chance of parole. Not only did he murder innocent by standards trying to do their job but he also traumatized the mother of his child, on the day that should of been a joyful. Instead of being a day where they come together was a family he came under the influence and disrespecting Selena. Instead of her getting rest after having a serious surgery, such as a c section, he hits her on the head w a pistol and puts their newborn son in harms way. So many things wrong!! He’s a monster and doesn’t deserve a second chance 🤬
Second chance? he’s over 4 already. 4th time convicted violent felon out on parole to terrorize society. He better never get free! He should’ve never been released!

Once that first shot went off, the security guard has to go where he heard it from. He took an oath and is armed. I know it is very scary, but you got to go in. A life could've been saved.
I couldn’t agree more. You can’t act as the officers in uvalde did…you SPRINT towards the fire. Even if you have to step over dead bodies, you go all in towards the shooter

I don't think he's lying since it's not uncommon during shocking events for a person to experience memory loss. I've been involved in several physical altercations where I myself have lost recollection of some events and I've also broken up physical altercations where the other party didn't realize what had occurred. By no means am I defending him since he admitted to have caused the death of 2 innocent victims.

Let’s not forget Selena was charged back in 2015 so let’s not bash this new mother who had to experience something so cruel . I'm so sad to hear this man talking without any remorse. Pokua the worker, is the only child of the mom and the dad was telling me he advised her not to go to America. They've not even over come it. I don't understand why killing the workers because they don't have any problem with this Satan.
I agree he is guilty but I don't understand how you say he does not have remorse. He apologized, accepted responsibility that his actions resulted in the loss of 2 innocent lives, and clearly states he is not arguing/fighting for his innocence (his voice and facial expressions show he is sorry). I feel so sad for the loved ones of the victims, hospital workers, and other patients. I hope all Hospitals and law enforcement are able to develop a system so that future offenders granted permission to visit Hospitals are escorted at all times. I also hope a new process is develop since ankle monitors are not enough.
