I hate the taxpayers have to pay for this trash the rest of his life, but the cops not killing him was the best they could do so he could be found guilty. He then tried to also use the newborn baby as a shield. He did more harm to himself on the stand & thankfully he did testify, lol😂.

It’s completely disgusting & I’m sure the atty didn’t want him to testify. He meant to kill the baby and mama and instead killed 2 innocent women and wants to act as if he was distraught over them fighting. All the “fittin too, no what I’m sayin, get up outta here”, all this language is a telltale sign of a liar & once these thugs realize that you don’t use anything other than proper English when your life is in their hands, they will continue to spend their lives in prison, and rightly so.
As a Hispanic man this makes me angry that one of our own did this... I know we grow up hard like alot of others ...both my parents were in prison growing up. We grew up rough and tough here in Austin TX ..but never would I do something like this to these innocent nurses my heart goes out to their families and I'm sorry that this killer had to be Hispanic ... At 31 he should have known better to not go into a hospital with a gun, pistol whip and beat up his gf over a lie told to him by another gangbanger. He’s been in prison most of his life as he’s a criminal and will always be. Why his atty allowed him to testify is baffling as it proved beyond any doubt he’s guilty of what he did. Stop blaming drugs as people have done them for centuries and don’t go around shooting and beating up women. If he did 2 years for a “simple robbery” you would think he would know a gun charge would get him life. He then committed the same crimes & had just served 7 years and not out any time before he had a gun in his hand and beating and killing people. He was given a break, given parole, and worked a few months of his entire life, what a piece of garbage he is. If he was supposed to be at work, then why would he be out getting drunk and high & then expect to be at work. He should have gotten the death penalty. His mother had all these kids with no daddy around & is now leaving a child behind to have no father. It’s best for the child to not know this man. He wasn’t even supposed to have contact with the baby mama when he got out of prison, at all. He wasn’t to be around his co-defendant of the crime. She was putting money on his books as she only got 2 years & he couldn’t wait to get back out to see her. Sitting up there lying his arse off. He should have never had the pistol to begin with and then shoots two women. She didn’t want to be with a convict any longer and knew he wasn’t changing. This baby doesn’t need to be any where around this boy as he’s growing up. She was over him and his thugging life while on parole and house arrest. He only wanted to do what he wanted & she didn’t want to be with this man if he wasn’t going to be out of prison to help raise him. To say he couldn’t find the hospital after he had already been at the hospital earlier that day. He’s such a horrible liar. You also don’t sign the birth certificate. The mother fills it out and the hospital takes the paperwork. They don’t have fathers come in and “sign the paperwork”. He was looking for the gun to threaten her & claims the baby looked “racial” which is ludicrous as even black babies look white when they’re born as far as their skin tone. At 25 mins in you can tell he’s lying through his teeth, as he’s accusing her of having an STD when it was a urinary tract infection, and the “No what I’m saying, fittin to sign birth certificate, no what I’m sayin, I’m fittin this that & third”, perfect analogy of a liar. When will these fools understand that this type of language is absolutely used by liars to make up stories. He shot the nurse as soon as she walked in the room. He claimed to not have the gun and accidentally fired the gun, he shot her within seconds of her walking in the room, it’s on camera, and he’s up there trying to lie. He wasn’t confused & left the nurse laying there bleeding out & took the bullet that was meant for his gf. Worst liar I’ve seen on the stand in a long time & I watch trials every single day.
I like to think people change until someone like this comes along and he will never change. He admits he had a gun because people broke into his car. Is it just me? But last I checked, you can't shoot someone for breaking into a car. She might not be perfect but I think she realized at that moment she was made a mistake. It is hard to get out of that lifestyle when it surrounds you. Hopefully she will make better choices for her sons sake.

Did he really say the nurse got between him and the mother of his child, and he shot the nurse. Went to the door, opened it and shot outside of it a couple of times, called his mom then his brother. He tells them he got shot and they're trying to kill him and was panicking. Asked for his baby and wanted to go into the bathroom? He thought he was going die, so his first thought was to hold his baby.... as what.... a shield? Did I hear that right?
He still lived with his mom, was dependent on her which was made clear when he called his mom when he began to panic.
It's shuddering to think that people with that level of intelligence and warped mentality are free to roam US streets with access to firearms.

No one wants to acknowledge that the two victims are Registered Nurses. They say healthcare workers. There’s a lot of healthcare workers. Nurses are in the direct line of duty and most vulnerable for this type of attack. Security is needed in these places!

I believe Selena had the gun in her makeup bag and I think she shouldn’t have done anything to trigger his anger. Only God knows if he accidentally shot the Nurse in the room or if it was intentional. I just don’t think he would intentionally kill someone like what was his motive? His blood alcohol level was very low. I think if he hadn’t shot outside the door several times that he may have gotten off like if he would have dropped the weapon and surrendered himself. The bodycam footage was crazy. There was an officer in the hallway with his cam on when the first shot went off and then you see the nurse walk by the door as the other 2 shots go off and hit the nurse and you see the blood trail from the nurse.
It looks like she made him snap playing a lot of back and forth games with him, he said his truck kept getting vandalized it was probably her and how said she gave him an std clearly she was messing around and to tell him he’s not the father was probably last straw for him and he snapped!

The Justice System failed these 2-innocent victims and their families for allowing him out of prison with a slap on the wrist. People spend more time in prison for traffic violations and child support cases. He should never have been let out on an ankle monitor.
