I have a 2008 Frontier and my key fob works, but it's finicky most of the time, replaced the battery in the fob, but it's still finicky. If I reprogram the key fob like you did in the video will it make it work better?

Hi. I have a question. I replace the clock spring in a nissan xterra 2010, but after I put everything back turn the vehicle on and drive it the dvc and slip lights came on. How can I reset them. Advise please
I tried this and didn't worked because every time I inserted the key in and out in the ignition, actually unlocked the doors not allowing me to get the hazard lights to flash, any idea why the insertion of the key followed by the removal the doors unluck, I would appreciate any input at this time, thank you.
My Xterra did the exact same thing. You have to first turn off the Automatic Door Lock feature. After doing this it worked exactly as Ry explained. First - Close all doors. 2nd - Place the ignition switch to the ON position. 3rd - Within 20 seconds push and hold the power door switch in the UNLOCK position for more than 5 seconds. When the hazard indicators flash twice the feature is deactivated. Remove the key and then try Ry's procedure. After you're done programming your remote if you want to re-enble the Auto Door Locks just do that same procedure above to re-activate it. You can find this information in the Owners Manual in the Door Locks section. On my 2013 Xterra manual it is on page 3-4.
im not having any luck with an 07 infiniti g35. its a key/fob combo and the key isnt cut. but even with the original cut and working key it never enters programming mode.
Hello! I really need your help ASAP. We changed timing chain, then when we started engine, it worked rough, and code p0300 appeared, and nothing else. Is that a problem of timing chain or something else, repair station cannot find the reason of the problem?
That very well could be the timing. Especially if it's not telling you a specific cylinder. Be sure to check at the spark plugs and coil packs. Ensure the coils are all pushed down nice and tight on the plugs and that all the connections are snapped into the coils
What if there's no ignition and you have an Infiniti, not a Nissan.😢 Edit: I got to the step where the hazards are flashing with the red car with the key in the dashboard was also flashing. I put it in accessory mode but the hazards didn't turn off. I couldn't get past this step and I have a Push button. Any help please? 🙏🏾
@@Rythecarguy I have power locks. I followed your amazon link for some fobs. "You should have an antenna for a remote"? Not sure what your saying. If I have power locks then I have an antenna OR if I am going to do this I will need power locks and to purchase FOBS and an antenna.

What? Of course it goes into accessory mode. People have reset a bunch on push button. You just need to learn how to use your car. Do the same procedure I describe but instead of turning the key, press the button. Scroll through the comments. Many people have made it work.

How do I clear programmed fobs? I have two Xterra’s and programmed both fobs to both vehicles. My wife HATES it.

Anyone know if there's a way to program an Xterra to unlock all doors on the first press of the key fob, rather than having to press it twice?

So are you using your original key because obviously, the new key with the new fob is not working to turn the ignition
The fobs are separate from the keys
My infinity’s key fob locks and unlocks but it won’t let me turn the key AT ALL, accessory, on, etc.
Is it a new key?

There's not even a place to insert a key into the infiniti with the start button. How could it even go to accessory mode? Funny
