I bought a used 2009 M35x in great shape, but with a key FOB that always had to be inserted. It had a FOB battery voltage measuring 0.23v! Replacing with a new battery (measuring 3.4v) does not make the FOB work. Will one of your programmers work if I have to start the car with physical key always in the [dead FOB battery] FOB port? Dealer said they'll fix it, but are dragging their feet. Do you know what's going on? Thank you!

I ordered EZ Installer. I watched this video, actually took notes. Followed the instructions which really aren't complicated. But, neither FOB works. My original FOB is erased. I was on chat for over 2 hours. Then they went home and gave me a phone number. That phone simply disconnects after it goes through several extensions that don't work.

OEM key fob will not need the activation step. If you are running into trouble, I recommend calling the phone number found in the FAQ of manual for help solving problems. M-F daytime technical support
@TomsKeyCompany 5:20 in the video is where the programmer says going any further will "erase all keys." Why don't you need to reprogram the OEM keys if they've been "erased?"

I purchased the kit that is supposed to work with the 2018 Murano. After it tells me to turn on the hazard lights, it tells me to press the brake and start the car and wait...then shortly after I start the car the device gives a BCM Error alert and keeps beeping rapidly. I've started over a hundred times and it keeps doing the same thing.
@@gandi986 They suggested a couple of other things to try, but none of them worked. In the end they said it wouldn't work with that car and refunded me.

You should clarify that the FCC number is specific to the individual car you are in, and should change the title accordingly (Qx60). I just programmed a 2016 Infinity QX50 that had a different FCC number, which you indicated would NOT work. I almost didn't order this kit from Amazon due to watching your video and checking my factory fob FCC number. It worked first try did following the pamphlet steps, NOT your video. Also, you indicated the replacement fob should have the SAME number of buttons as the factory fob. Our factory has 3, our spare fob came with four. Works great minus the trunk button which factory fob does not have.

Do you have any Key fobs for a 2019 QX50? On your Website it only goes up to Model year 2017 and this video is for a 2018 which is strange.
