Jeff, is there any way you could post a picture of your RPO codes from the glovebox? I’m curious how they compare to my truck. Mine is a 2014 and looks exactly the same inside. Thanks
The remote start function is missing. There is an accessory kit from GM that can add it, but it requires installing a different hood latch with a hood open switch, running a wire from said switch inside to a missing connector pin on a BCM connector, and a dealer re-flash of that module to have that function
Dorman 99355....Dorman support told me this programmer can only be used 3 times then it becomes useless. Don't buy a used one or expect to clone more than 3 FOBs in lifetime. It's a kinda important fact they left out.
Then you get 1 FOB programmed. Ebay is full of used programmers with no description of how many programs are left. Feel free to roll the dice..@@ricardoa.denegrimartinez9688
Just installed it on my truck. Took maybe a min to install. Works like a charm! I'm amazed!!!

I just bought a 2014 silverado 1500 and am looking to do the same thing here. Is your truck a 1500? Does the truck have a remote start feature?
