  • Day 3 we are still building on the foundational movements and adding in a core section. Again all moves are grounded, meaning both feet remain on the surface the whole time. We are continuing to build on choreography and use the beat of the music to move. Always make sure you go at a pace you feel comfortable with and if you get confused or lost just go back to your basic bounce. Let’s go Jump!
