I worry a lot about my life, everyone around me and pleasing everyone. It's absolutely crippling, so glad she got the help she needed, lovely young lady it's so sad that society has 1 in 3 people suffering mental health issues. I hope everyone seeks help

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back
Got to replace those negative thought loops with positive ones! The trick is being mindful enough to realize you're in a negative thought loop, name it, and then take action to get into a positive one. Gratitude is a great way to increase the number of positive loops in your day!

Hello, as i travel this road to changing my life and i am often placed in front of something that helps to show me that i am on the right path. Something perhaps a book or a song or this video. The universe is guiding me and supporting me and showing me and giving me uplifting messages to show me that i am on the right path. So when i ask for help from the universe and a video like this one shows up, i realize that i am being heard, and i am being supported and i am being loved. This video showed up in my path to give me strength and perspective that what i am doing is right for me. It allows me to breathe and gives me freedom from my own fears that as Tony mentioned, i have been feeding for so long and have allowed to control me. Thank you for this video. It came at a time when i needed to know that i could let go of the fear. Truly remarkable. I am always amazed by what the universe shows me and brings me. I am truly guided and loved.
