This video gave me the courage to chase my dream. Ive been a truck driver for 5 years..and I knew there was more to life than just truck driving. So I immediately quit and chased my dream of being a gold and precious metal broker. Im 2 months into it and not very successful. Every day is a struggle. With that being said im not giving up nor will I ever give up. I watch this every day to remind myself to keep going. Thank you for posting this.

Anxiety has effected my choices my entire life and has ruined my relationship. But I'm taking the change and no longer letting my anxiety influence my choices!

I hope you’ve stuck with it! I’ve struggled with GAD & SAD for the past decade. Medication, exercise, and constantly working and improving myself has proven to alleviate those problems.
Another factor is prayer. Whatever your beliefs are, you need to believe in something greater than yourself, and answer to it.
Try the anxious truth channel, seriously helped me saved my own @ss in a dark time..

What was your weight loss routine and self development?
I burned my boats. Had 85 % of my stomach removed. It was a tough decision. My diet had to change. I started drinking less alch and I go to the gym 4-6 times a week. I started believing in myself and that anything was capable. Now I run 5ks in 27 mins and am training to run a sprint triathlon in April. It's my goal to become an elite distance and triathlete so I can show my brothers and sisters who stuggle with obesity that they dont have to be stuck and complacent. If I can lose 200 lbs. Yall can do anything, you just have to believe and change how you act. Joe Rogan,David Goggins, Tom Bilyeu and obviously Tony Robbins helped me find those new gears I was completely unaware of.
That's so inspiring. Just read your comments how you are training for a triathlon. That's so incredible. What was the thing that made you make the change. Would motivated you to take those decisions to change? I'd be so interested to hear. Keep up the good work

Every time I take my dog for a walk I also take headphones and listen to one of his videos 2 or three times. The same video at least twice. It’s a life changing. By the time I get home I honestly feel like I am better person. I come back home and I absolutely can do anything! I look at the mirror, smile to myself and I know there is absolutely nothing that can stop me from what I want to achieve. Wasn’t able to do that yet but trying harder every day not only makes you feel good but also make you go a tiny little step forward.
We all can do better. We just need someone to give us a little direction. And you have those directions here. Thank you Tony

I still can't get over how much this video does for me. Today I took the biggest step of my entire journey and I got a new MacBook with editing equipment so I can put my story out there for people. 225 lbs later my life has completely changed and all the teachings and lessons from videos like this were the biggest catalyst for making my dreams become a reality.

Watching this video has truly inspired me, I have been working warehouse for 5 years and I’m just done with 10hr shifts and I told myself, is this really it for me and I thought no. I’m meant for something else, something bigger and better. I want to be a entrepreneur and dive deep into the E-commerce world and start my own online business thru Amazon FBA and that’s what I am doing. Grinding everyday and doing what I love. Don’t let your dreams die, go after them and chase them, it’s real and if I can do it, so can you! Go for it, nobody is stopping you but yourself. You got this!

I always overlooked motivation itself in favor of specific skills.. I've been listening to these types of videos for about a year now more and more and it's incredible how effective they've been. Make the decision to transform and stay results oriented down to micro achievements. My results are evidence enough for me that motivation is like a muscle that needs training..
