    I hope you are enjoying the workouts! Watching this is making me miss being on the driveway outside in the warm fresh air.
    FYI -we are planning another series for those that want MORE!! Have to wait for the weather to warm up before we film. Always let me know what you enjoy the most so we add that into the next challenge.❤👍

      Do an intermediate series? Maybe just a few times a week? Love full body metcon, tabata, BURPEE CHALLENGE 😅

    I’ve been loving these “refreshers”! I’ve been doing them with my 5 year old daughter for her brain breaks from schoolwork and she LOVES them too😂🎉

    I have been meaning to get into strength training - I didn’t have any weights so I filled a couple of water bottles and improvised with those for now 💪🏾
    Thoroughly enjoyed it!

    *i’ve been using your beginner challenge videos as add ons on certain nights! this morning i did a full body HIIT strength workout and then just finished this one. just the right amount of intensity without feeling overdone which is why i love it as an add on workout! also loved the intervals of strength to compliment everything.*

    Ingot my rebounder over a week ago (asked hubby for it for our 32nd anniversary) and started working out with you the last few days- Day 4 completed. It was awesome! You are an excellent and motivating fitness instructor and I just joined as a member. Looking forward to hubby and I working out with you, Michelle.

    Michelle, thank you so much for doing this challenge. I've had a trampoline for a while now, but was feeling a bit scattered. The progressions are super helpful and I'm growing stronger and more confident by the day. 💪

      This is exactly what I wanted to hear! I did work with Jumpsport to create this series so the new jumper can easily progress and feel confident in doing so. And you get a taste what all one can do on a trampoline besides jump.❤️👍😉

    I did this as an add on today. I wasn't feeling motivated, but knew I would enjoy a quick bounce workout. It was a strength day for me so the extra arms and shoulders was an unexpected bonus. Thanks Michelle (and crew).
