Another excellent workout Michelle 😃 I have been meaning to get into strength training - I didn’t have any weights so I filled a couple of water bottles and improvised with those for now 💪🏾 Thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks 🤩
*i’ve been using your beginner challenge videos as add ons on certain nights! this morning i did a full body HIIT strength workout and then just finished this one. just the right amount of intensity without feeling overdone which is why i love it as an add on workout! also loved the intervals of strength to compliment everything.*

Ingot my rebounder over a week ago (asked hubby for it for our 32nd anniversary) and started working out with you the last few days- Day 4 completed. It was awesome! You are an excellent and motivating fitness instructor and I just joined as a member. Looking forward to hubby and I working out with you, Michelle.
Michelle, thank you so much for doing this challenge. I've had a trampoline for a while now, but was feeling a bit scattered. The progressions are super helpful and I'm growing stronger and more confident by the day. 💪
This is exactly what I wanted to hear! I did work with Jumpsport to create this series so the new jumper can easily progress and feel confident in doing so. And you get a taste what all one can do on a trampoline besides jump.❤️👍😉
I did this as an add on today. I wasn't feeling motivated, but knew I would enjoy a quick bounce workout. It was a strength day for me so the extra arms and shoulders was an unexpected bonus. Thanks Michelle (and crew).
