Got my rebounder ( 2 ) as I couldn’t wait two weeks for one of them😂…. They both came a day apart a little over a week later… I got the boogie bounce and the ACON 44” … have not had time to put the ACON together… only been two days … but will to put together tonight… Thank you Sydney for your awesome self and great energy ❤you are a star… Great work out for my beginner self 😊❤

Loved it! Best rebounding workouts on RUclips. I have a jump sport that has two levels of tightness and I changed it to the tightest but I still seem to have too much bounce for the fast beats sometimes, do you have one of the 3 levels jump sports? Are you on the tightest level? Maybe I just have to try to march instead of bouncey-march! Anyway, love your workouts. Thank you! ❤
The title says for beginners. Beginners are still getting stable on the thing. Geez. If you want intense, I would suggest skipping beginner videos...which are needed by some people.
