When you recommend at least a 40" rebounder, do you mean 40" in total or a 40" mat? I am considering an Acon after watching your reviews and videos. I feel like the 55" takes up an insane amount of floor space. However, the 44" Acon has just a 31" mat. Is that too small? I am 5'8" with long legs.
I don’t have that brand but mine is a 40 inch and I am also 5 foot 8 and I wish my was bigger how she’s does kick backs in the video I have a hard time do that because it’s so narrow
Hi! I have been following you for several years. Love the new set up. In general, I think HIIT style is wonderful but it didn't quite flow for me. Parts of the song that felt should be high intensity were not, the pauses for rest period did not align, the repetitive moves for me felt more like a classic workout and less like a fun dance. The moves did not connect with the beats per minute as the songs progressed. Just wanted to give feedback! I got a good sweat but it did not feel like the original Jump&Jacked style that I love. :)
