    I turned 57 today and told my husband I wanted a trampoline so I could do your trampoline workouts. He got me one (the one I sent him the AMAZON link for 😉). I just did days 1-2-3 and loved it! I am thinking I might get feel it in my core tomorrow! Thank you so much for your channel.

    I just bought a trampoline this week and I am having so much fun with this challenge! I was laughing and smiling as we pulled the moves together. I am so glad I found your RUclips channel. The rebounding is good for lymph and brain health, but the choreography and your enthusiasm and encouragement are just as good for brain and mental health. THANK YOU!

    I'm loving your workouts!! Thank you so much! Christmas 2023 and then my birthday and now 2024 Happy New Years!! I got a rebounder and new shoes!! So excited to do this. I just turned 62 and I feel great doing this. 🙂

    I used the lace ups today for the workout and it does bring it up a not h even after my Kettlebell-dumbbell fusion. Oh man my arms and shoulders are toast! What a great pick me up

    Day 3 done today but i had lots of coordination difficulties...but i like very much boucing...was like dancing...was fun and we burn calories 😂 step by step the challenge is done!! This challenge was one of my favourites! Thanks Michelle for all you do! 😘

    I am so glad i found this! My mother in law introduced this to me, week 1 and not only do i feel great, i have already lost 600g! i still have a long way to go, but i LOVE this so much - much better than Gym and running (which i had to put alot of effort into doing because the love was just not there) thank you so much Michelle!

    Day #3 Done. I had no idea how uncoordinated I (currently) am… 😂 … It was a white knuckle ride on the safety bar for me!

    Got myself a present today and bought a rebounder, because I hate jumping (oh, those plyo lunges and burpees!) 😅
    Does this make sense?
    I had so much fun I did day 1, 2 and three in a row!

    Woo hoo! Day 3 done! What do you recommend for the tension setting on my jump sort 350 pro when doing your workouts? I just got it and I left it on the way it came which according to the user manual is the softest setting. Appreciate your feedback thanks!
