I really find this is where you shine Michelle. I love the beginner to intermediate bounces 10, 15, 25 and 35 series. Keep adding a few more. Love these classic workouts. Rebounding is fun with you.
Woot! Finally got myself a little trampoline and gave this a try. I love it! Since my calves are usually tight, though, I need to figure out how to shift the effort out of my calves and into... everything else. Thanks so much and I'll keep trying!
Thank you Michelle, I loved this, it's the routine I've been looking for. I'm 70 and quite fit as I walk the fells in the Lake District, UK. I will repeat DAY 1 a few times before I progress to DAY 2 xxx
Amaaazing! Thank you Michelle!!🙏 Im a former personal trainer who was diagnosed with RA at age 30 and have since, struggled to get a good workout out of fear of causing joint damage. This was day 1 and I feel AWESOME.. No ankle pain!! Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow! 💪 I’m so glad I found you 🫶
Starting today 10/11 and it’s a great beginner workout. First timer at age 33 after two kids, youngest being 2. TMI/Tip: Definitely empty your bladder before jumping a lot or wear a panty liner😅
So happy you found this series and are starting! Yes...bathroom first! Rebounding does help to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Just have to be consistent.😘
Day 1 done! This was great and challenging. Have had my rebounder for a few years but your channel really explained it. Most instructors just start jumping without teaching you the basics. Ready to work my way up this challenge!
Well, I just started this today and in my opinion as a first-timer I would say this is definitely more than a beginner video. It was evident about 3 or 4 minutes into it that I needed a slow-down of some sort or a walk in place type of thing and any real beginner would, too. The video workout looks fairly simple but for someone who is new to this, it was hard to keep up! I ended up pausing the video a couple of times so that I could just walk in place for bit and catch my breath before moving on. Plus, by the time I "mastered" one move, you had already gone on to the next. I do feel like this is the exercise for me and will definitely keep up with it but I will continue with this first video until I have mastered it enough to move on to the second one.
I lasted 8 minutes and that was enough. None of my muscles ached or my core but I could feel my knees beginning to hurt, and I am a runner! You need real beginners that work up slowly otherwise i felt rubbish and I don't want to continue. Have you got a more slow progressive ones? Thanks
Just started today Michelle 😃 Really enjoyed it…going to repeat this once more, make sure I have these basics down 💪🏾 Have yourself a fabulous Friday 😀
wow guess im out of shape or need a slower workout to start. will definitely come back but I felt I was in a huge rush to get so much squeezed into so little. Might pull a muscle. bookmarked for later
*i’ve done a few of your regular trampoline workouts that aren’t apart of this beginner series but realized that this was a great add on to do! i did your newest strength AMRAP workout this morning and this was perfect to do tonight. also very fun and joyful. great way to end the night. can’t wait to do more of these at night to supplement my morning workouts with you*
Loved this after my quick rebounder workout. Loved the moves and I was smiling and laughing at myself because I’m loving the music and the moves, just makes it fun! Thanks Michelle ❤😊
Thank you for the (retro?) rebounder/mini-tramp workouts. I just tried this today. When I found (and really loved) another of your workouts, I saw these. My wife and I started thinking of one of these as a possible option for us - as we each have need for lower impact work. A couple days later, a neighbor asked if I knew anyone who would be interested in a good rebounder in need of a home! Well...that's me! And so I got to try this workout. SO fun. Great cardio and leg- and core-activating workout ... and FUN. I am currently doing some beginner trapeze and beginner modern dance for adults...and the theme of flying continues with your sessions. THANKS!
This was my first rebounder workout! I’m so excited to finally have gotten my rebounder! Looking forward to all of these workouts! Thank you so much! 😅❤ Wow I am giddy like a little kid! 😊
Love this, thank-you Michelle! I've tried other rebounding workouts on YT, but none compare to yours. Finally, I've found someone to follow & I feel like I have some structure. Best wishes from Australia 🙏😊
First day! I needed something I could do at home that was high cardio but low noise. This was a great early morning workout. I’m sweating and I didn’t wake anyone up. It’s been a while since I’ve done any form of exercise so it’s going to take me a day or two to get my bearings. I’ll be back tomorrow!
My trampoline finally got here, and I just did this and it was awesome! My first time on a trampoline and it was harder than it looks, but so much fun. I can’t believe I burned over 250 calories in just 15 minutes. Thank you for another fantastic workout!!!!!❤ ,
Used to be very active lifting and running. Unfortunately broke ankle and foot Xmas day 2022. Due to a long time immobilized (12wks no weight) I lost a lot of ankle mobility and that caused massive arthritis in that knee. Have been researching exercises that are good for ankles and arthritis. Came up with rebounding. Just got mine today and found you Michelle. Did 2 15min workouts so far and I loved them. Do you know anyone with similar issues as mine? And is this good exercise for these problems? (Not to mention I have a fear of jumping now since my breaks. Hoping this will help me overcome that!)
I'd say it's best to stay with basic bouncing on the rebounder and not do any crazy moves, might be best to keep your feet grounded where you have both feet on the rebounder. You can build your bone density by rebounding and help with inflammation. Are you wearing shoes?
Jumpstart to my Monday. Pun intended 😊 I piggybacked another workout after this & sweaty mess goal is done for the day. Many many thanks, as always, to you & the awesome Driveway Crew!
I can't even get my feet to move off the mat at all. I have a handlebar and don't feel steady to move my arms up and down like you're doing. This doesn't feel very beginner to me lol. I wish I could do these moves.
my trampoline arrived!!!! I just finished this day one workout! I knew I was missing out on some serious fun! I don't know where I am going to store it but who needs a couch when you have a trampoline 😂 thank you for such a variety of workouts! I am sure to level up my fitness with this piece of equipment! 💖 u rock Michelle!

Thank you for the beginners trampoline workout. Haven't exercised for a while this is very motivational. I have found while doing this first workout the back of my carves started to burn, I had to stop and start the workout a few times. Is there something I can do about this? Thanks!
Just got my rebounder. Great workout to learn. Wondering if this workout (10 -15 minutes) is enough for a day? Or do I need to add another workout to get a 30-45minuter workout per day?
I’ve been rebounding for over a year, following 3x other instructors, 1st time coming across Michelle’s workouts💪🏻👍🏻. She’s definitely a pro! This workout is intermediate - although she says “feet don’t leave the mat”, here they do! Beginners would be more stepping than feet “bouncing” leaving the mat. Go at your own pace and if you can’t keep up, lower arms and go back to a health bounce. It’ll get better. Love rebounding😊
Explore Sanfranfitness. They really do have some good beginner workouts for people who have never been on a rebounder before. This one is really for Intermediate level. Way too hard.
I tried these exercise routines at first and discovered that they are too intense for me! I rebound with 'I Jump Instead', much easier and no choreography like on this channel which I can't keep up with either! This channel is great, but not for me....😳
I'm here to inform others! I got injured by doing these exercise of this channel on the knee, I don't think jumping and doing scouts on trampoline is the right movements , now I'm doing months of physiotherapy, visits and examinations because of the turned legalments on my knee, if doesn't fix I need to do surgery.

Make sure you're jumping with the whole foot. A lot of times we jump like we are on the ground, but that's not the case when on your rebounder. Keep a slight bend in your knees and push through the whole foot. Film your feet with your phone to see what's happening. Yes, your calves are used more in jumping but shouldn't be killing you each time you bounce. 😘
Beginner workout? I don't think so! II know I'm out of shape, but I didn't realize I was this bad. I 'm not giving up, it can only get better from here. I'm afraid to even think about what your advanced workouts are like! Yikes!
This is for people who have been working out but are new to rebounding. And why do you recommend flat shoes but you are wearing popular workout shoes that are not flat. It is definitely good advice, but we should practice what we preach.
Not beginner. Very dangerous. Why do you say feet stay on the trampoline then jump? 😢 even moving arms feels unsteady. Guess i will just be rebounding and truly not leaving the mat until i get used to this but again i would hardly call this "beginner."
I think this is beginner rebounder, not beginner fitness overall. I was really deconditioned after years of autoimmune issues and started with Earth and Owl rebounder workouts a few months ago, and am just now working up to Michelle’s beginner workouts.
