    Me encanto encontrarte.yo estaba buscando con quien iniciar a trabajar en el trampolin.encontre muchisimos videos de latinos pero ningunos tan bien explicados y con tan buenas rutinas.para mi iniciar contigo ha sido genial.gracias

    Thank you Michelle for posting these amazing rebounder sessions on RUclips. I have to modify some of the moves as I have bursitis, arthritis and rotator cuff tears in both shoulders, but im doing ok and find rebounding helps me so much physically and mentally (including going through bereavement grief, as my beloved mum died suddenly last October). Anyway, thanks again to you and to those ladies in your team and greetings from London, UK

    Of course I loved this. I’m tucking it into the rebounder hoarding folder 😂 - great cardio burst, fun variety of moves & (former east coaster here!) I think I heard some bonus blue jays making a guest appearance above the driveway during the stretch. Warmed my winter heart. Thanks for another great workout! 🎉

    *was very low energy yesterday so figured a good bounce would help! don’t let the word beginner fool you. still burned over 300 calories!*
