I have to modify some of the moves as I have bursitis, arthritis and rotator cuff tears in both shoulders, but im doing ok and find rebounding helps me so much physically and mentally (including going through bereavement grief, as my beloved mum died suddenly last October). Of course I loved this. I’m tucking it into the rebounder hoarding folder 😂 - great cardio burst, fun variety of moves & (former east coaster here!) I think I heard some bonus blue jays making a guest appearance above the driveway during the stretch. Warmed my winter heart. Thanks for another great workout! 🎉
