    I seen Zef .. do this before .. As you can see he is the older hyena !! But still savage as hell .. The young pups couldn’t hang !! 😮

      Most people will never be in the kind of shape Zeph Zachavelli is in in his late 40s early '50s whatever he is, not in their whole lifetime most athletes will never be in that kind of shape specific to their craft so we got to appreciate the god, he's an anomaly a phenomenon a rare breed we're blessed to have him. He showing us how to achieve it and in real time just like a lot of these brothers out here giving back thru their workout/training vids. Facts plus tax!

    God's work fellas!
    I'm going to modify it and use it in my next workout since I'm not ready for those muscle-ups yet but this is a great routine to build strength and get that pull-up count up

      Both, dead hang for rehabilitation, active for strengthening
