Man this is cool seeing what the top pro’s do for training camps. I grew up in boxing and martial arts and I like seeing how the best do things. Next time you do a filming of a strength and conditioning workout can you guys film workout for upper body plyometric work?

Ryan makes boxing seem more relatable. I always like Ryan. Very unique guy. Reminds me of the young trainer at my old boxing gym who was a professional boxer. Always go for guys like that. Man everyday from 8am to 10 pm till he goes to sleep , work out regimen is amazing, damn I can't do half that stuff, well I'm not a fighter , I'm going to try it one day to see if I can hang, don't want to hurt myself but I'm sure I'll be transformed into a walking health machine, that's the goal.
