    Each time I join your mobility class, I am so happy with the changes and improvements my body has been busy making. I can now move my right hip and knee in ways they haven't managed in years. Truly, mobility and strength training are both game-changers! I am so thankful for your classes.

    Thank you Chris. I love your mobility classes. 5 years ago I had an 80% rotator cuff tear and had surgery. I worked very hard with my PT to regain my strength. This class helps to improve my strength and range of motion, especially with my shoulders. I appreciate that you remind us to listen to our bodies, and stress being safe with the different moves. 🥰

    Thanks Chris. A mobility workout was exactly what I needed today. I could have gone into the playlists but having it available as one of your recents made it easier for me to slow down. It’s so easy to get hooked on elevated heart rate but fine tuning with stretch and mobility goes a long way too. J🌺

    These mobility sessions are becoming a favourite of mine. I could go on for hours about all the things I can do now that I couldnt before starting these with you. The yogi squat still seems a long way off for me but maybe one day! Today's session really helped my neck and upper body. Big thankyou. Im going to be doing this one again.

    I used to think mobility wouldn’t make a difference, but I was wrong. I’ve had ankle pain for a few months and I started doing mobility a few weeks ago and my ankle pain is almost completely gone

    Is the tape on your foot for your plantar fasciitis? I had a massage in Salt Lake City and boy did he work my calf over but it is helping it. I hope yours starts to improve 🤞

    I’ve not done any classes with you for over a week due to a weird virus which made me dizzy… 🥹
    This gentle mobility routine was just what I needed today to start me back 🙌💗
    Still having difficulty with those lunge postures due to my hip replacement - but I know each time I try it makes me stronger 💪
