15 Minute Tucked Abs Workout - Bodyweight Only | Caroline Girvan

- Ready for 15 minutes working on the lower abdominal muscles primarily!?
The timer will be on for 45 seconds each exercise followed by straight into the staple of small tucks for 30 seconds! So after each exercise, there will be those small tucks where you are aiming to lift pelvis and tuck so the knees come to the chest!
All you need is your mat and 15 minutes to really engage the deep transverse abdominal muscles and of course the rectus abdominis muscles!
Slow and controlled…. Constantly thinking throughout as you perform each movement aiming to lift with the ab muscles and lower with control!
The staple of a ‘small tuck’ is performed for 20 seconds following every movement!
This small tuck is literally as it suggests… a small tuck involving bringing the knees tight to the chest!

Thank you Caroline! I absolutely love the advent calendar workouts. Having short workouts every day makes it so easy to stick to because I don't have to decide if today is a day I'm working out or if it is a rest day. I just hit play! I have done this one many times now, enjoyed it everytime. By the way, my mid section has changed completely since I started working out with Caroline back in 2020.

Caroline I have to tell you, after a year and a half that I train constantly with you, that it's wonderful to appreciate the aesthetic changes of my body but, the most important thing, is the improvements in the proper execution of your workout exercises. I have more mastery. This thanks to my much more stable and strong core and the fact that I learned to activate it during training.... It may seem an easy thing to do but it is not so! It needs experience and physical strength that can be acquired only with time, with constancy!

Can’t believe I’m saying this about an ab workout, but: that was fun! I can feel my workout discipline and motivation slowly coming back. Will keep doing these + daily walks for now and hopefully will be able to move on to a series with longer durations in January. 🤞 CG is the best!
Caroline, I hate hate hate ab workouts, but after the last 8 weeks of training with you, I can feel/see how much stronger I've become. I actually did this whole workout, and felt in control of my body. So thank you girlie, even if you torture us with these. So good for the body and mind.
