    Thanks so much for a wonderful workout! Here’s a little story, my athletic boyfriend was like “instead of your “female youtubers” could we do an ab workout for men?” And I answered, “just you wait, i got just the video for you.” And so we did this workout and he was impressed! He actually was dying during the workout XD you rock Caroline!

      Yes i can say even though a lady is instructing the workout men can defi itly benifit a great deal as i have personally i went from a couch potato who was like adang i have to do that to now i am askin whats next thanks to caroli e and her videos i have a new outlook and feel amazing

    This is what I called a fitness coach who knows her stuff! Sometimes we only need that 5 seconds release to be able to regain strength to do the next move instead of no breaks at all / moving too much from one position to another and waste that 5 secs rest time to really rest our abs for a bit. This intense intense workout really burned down my abs!! Thank you caroline! ❤

    Started day 1 of 50 day challenge. Insane as well. My wife and I r loving the workouts. Thank u for sharing your workouts with us. We r in our 50’s so we struggle at times but end up powering through in the end.

    My go to ab work out! Those hollow starfish at the end are impossible!! Definitely one of my favorites, done it so many times that my 4 year old daughter is singing the songs!? 😂😂😂

      @@CarolineGirvan I haven't been doing many workouts as I lost motivation 😪 . Been doing some indoor rowing on Concept 2 machine. its meant to work 85% of bodies muscles, turns out your workouts require the other 15% 🥵🥵

    I started doing this workout at the end of my usual Sidney's workouts evey 2 days and its the most effective training for abs Ive ever done. It helps keeping the abs "inwards" and also the back is feeling much better. I will keep on doing this for a year, wanna see the results in the summer compared to last year

    Thank you Caroline I did this ABS workout as part of my workout today and I enjoyed doing it it’s so intense but same time it’s targeting the abs muscles I like that it’s slow and you take time to breath to make sure to execute the exercises properly as this is the best way to target the abs pay attention to the form is better than doing so many useless reps .       @@melinda5610 Hi Melinda. I did enjoy it. The mix of exercises really worked for me especially using my core. Pleased you enjoyed the workout as well. As you say it was definitely a good pick by Caroline. I hadn't done this particular one. But will be a go to abs session on my rest days. We have a bank holiday in the UK this weekend and the weather looks like it's going to be fine. So will be nice to have a day off work and take in the sun after my workout in the morning. 🌞💐👍🏻.     Well that was deceptive. Heres me thinking this is wee buns today. Ouch Ouch Ouch this is such a burner. Missed the preworkout briefing with that great accent 😉 and no ☝️in todays workout. This one is definitely going to be completed two or three times a week. Followed the same pace as Caroline to avoid any cheating and it hurt. No pain no gain 💪 Thanks Caroline I have no idea where these variations are coming from but honestly they are brilliant.

    Wow !! I finished yes!! This video was hard for me I saw it and only 15 minutes !! I said to myself it is only 15 minutes not that long must be easy.. but I underestimated the video 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️because this 15 minutes were super hard to do 🤔but I did it 💪💪
