This is what I called a fitness coach who knows her stuff! Sometimes we only need that 5 seconds release to be able to regain strength to do the next move instead of no breaks at all / moving too much from one position to another and waste that 5 secs rest time to really rest our abs for a bit. This intense intense workout really burned down my abs!! Thank you caroline! ❤

I started doing this workout at the end of my usual Sidney's workouts evey 2 days and its the most effective training for abs Ive ever done. It helps keeping the abs "inwards" and also the back is feeling much better. I will keep on doing this for a year, wanna see the results in the summer compared to last year

Thank you Caroline I did this ABS workout as part of my workout today and I enjoyed doing it it’s so intense but same time it’s targeting the abs muscles I like that it’s slow and you take time to breath to make sure to execute the exercises properly as this is the best way to target the abs pay attention to the form is better than doing so many useless reps . Well that was deceptive. Heres me thinking this is wee buns today. Ouch Ouch Ouch this is such a burner. Missed the preworkout briefing with that great accent 😉 and no ☝️in todays workout. This one is definitely going to be completed two or three times a week. Followed the same pace as Caroline to avoid any cheating and it hurt. No pain no gain 💪 Thanks Caroline I have no idea where these variations are coming from but honestly they are brilliant.
