THE CRUNCH 15 Min ABS Workout / No Equipment - Caroline Girvan

  • 15 minutes abs workout to follow along!
    Primarily targeting the upper abs with crunches!
    All you will need is your mat!
    Timer is on for 45 seconds; 40 seconds of work, 5 seconds to get ready for next exercise!
    Please don’t worry if you not in position when beeper goes for next exercise.... it is only a guide and if it takes a few extra seconds it’s fine! This should be a smooth flow workout!
    Please note: if you are new to crunches, you can place hands behind head to provide support however it is important to don’t strain and jolt when performing crunches. Smooth lifting and lowering, looking in front and up so not down or straight up above.
    If you do feel strain in the neck, simply stop the workout.
    40/5 seconds rest!

    I just need to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your dedication to helping the world. I am a registered nurse in the US. I am also a perfectionist who struggles with anorexia after a physical assault. I have always wanted to disappear and the number on the scale represented my path to zero. The less I weighed, the less I was noticed. I was weak, and didn't care. I found your you tube, and was transformed by your warmth. I just started. I am now a healthy 138 pounds from 90 pounds. I am strong...I am able to take care of so many people now. I am healthy so I can help other people ...thank you so much for what you do. My words are not able to portray the deep gratitude I have.       Hi Carrie...what a lovely comment...but at the same time I am so sorry to hear if your anorexia...and terribly sorry to hear that you suffered an actual physical assault.       This is, in part, a sad story, such things should never happen and nobody should have to go through such moments! I said “in part” because it is also an example of determination and strong will to left behind that troubling moment in you life! Is good you found the power to move on and I think it is also such a good thing that you decided to share your story! Big warm hugs 🤗🤗🤗 and stay safe!!!

    Did some measurements and found that I am of my heaviest body weight now yet smallest waistline. I can feel my body is leaner and stronger. This is truly unbelievable. Thank you so much Caroline. By the way today is the first day of the lunar new year in my country. The most important holiday. Happy new year everyone. Wish you all have a healthy and happy new year.

      You're so right. I was SO happy when I saw her smiling face in her gorgeous turquoise outfit and my brain and body got so excited.     Oh my gooooodnesss!!! That was the bestttt crunch variation ever!! i mean my rolls are in my way from getting a good crunch like you, but dangg i felt it in all my rolls!! lol i am a mother of two my oldest is 12 and im barely now tryna lose all my weight that i have accumulated over the years!! & this fOOpa/kangaroo pouch has to go!!     I thought tomorrow is a rest day after my arms are super pumped tonight. I will do this workout tomorrow morning. Can't wait. I found out Caroline's workouts consist of a lot of ab workout lately. I love it. I can see my definitions of ab 11 lines. :)

    I think Caroline has gotten me hooked! Irrespective of how tired, 💤😴🛏 unmotivated feel, one glance at Caroline's workout, her outfit, and the matching 💐🌹🌸🏵🌼 I think what better could I be doing, I find the energy to start and it is no giving up after, I push through feeling stronger and at the end I celebrate💪😉😀.     As a clarification..."I just started" should have been ,"I just started working out the day I found your channel"...it has been a journey ever since. I did not mean that I just started recently. Gaining that weight did not happen over night. I also rarely get on the scale anymore. I used to weigh in many times a day.

    I'm confess I'm totally addicted to Carolines training. Today I past another milestone using 20kg DBs and 12.5kg DBs. This Unilateral work is so good as it really shows off the weaker areas. The onesided Chest Press with 20kgs was a challenge, maintaining the balance, getting the DB into position, and keeping that Press with good form for the time but its so satisfying. Probably one of the most difficult but definitely one of the most rewarding workouts. Have a great weekend everyone. Caroline thank you and you do know you have created a monster in me 😁

    Caroline!! I just woke up from a nightmare: you were screaming at me for not doing your new handstand workout because I was too afraid of handstands ahahahahahah Glad it was just a dream because I really hate them lol I work out with you more or less everyday and this is the result 😂

    Tagged this to the end of your EPIC ENDGAME DAY 15, I can still feel my abs. For the crunch I really tried to concentrate on my breathing holding the lower abdomen down and using abs well what I have got to pull up. Thank you, loved this workout.

    Such fire 🔥 I absolutely loved this! I love the slower pace when doing an work, it really makes me focus on the mind/muscle connection and let’s me concentrate on my breathing. Too often quick ab work uses too much momentum and not enough abs. This was the perfect slow and steady burn! I really loved the straight arm crunch today. Reminded me of my fave ab move, the roll up. All the oblique moves were great today too, especially the knee tucks. Thanks Caroline! Way to go all!
