Today really shows that Carolines workouts are for everyone. So many others would neglect Bicep specific routines, concentrating on working them during back sessions etc.For myself I really love the isolation especially on biceps and thats really important to me in a program. Today I used 10kgs DBs. I could gone to 12.5kg but on preview I realised the lower would get the best results for me. This is intense especially the pulses and the holds, the pump kicks in immediately which actually increases the resistance set by set to give you an even bigger pump.The format is perfect as was Mondays Tricep day. Its been a year since I started training with Cx and I have to say its never once been boring, its always fresh, I'm always learning and developing while being inspired and motivated. This really is a lifestyle not just a training program. This workout is the best and only Bicep session you will ever need.
Hey Anthony! Those pulses and holds were sooo intense!! I could barely hold by the time we got to wide curls. My arms just ever so slowly lowered instead of holding😆. Such an awesome workout. I loved it! Total pump from the beginning I agree. My arms didn't really want to function by the end. The format was perfect. She really knows how to burn muscles out as always haha. I think this workout really shows men and women how with a set of DBs and a few minutes you can get a major pump and they dont have to be heavy DBs. So many times I see big guys curling 20kg DBs and I think "your throwing that not curling it ". Then you look at Carolines video, so focussed, no body movement and the Bicep is the focus. Only occassionally do you see a little grimace on the face to show she actually is human. I just find it gives me such a drive to keep following.

I have really loved training with Caroline I'm so lucky to have such an amazing Gym Buddy. Sprints went well last night I think I'm doing 100m in 17-18 secs but thats the fastest I can do on the threadmill. A little dull here today but still lovely.

There’s a very shallow straight incline along a quiet lane, a bit less than 1 km from my front door, so ideal. Then there’s a steeper hill on a quiet lane about 2.5 km away. I really want to have a go at this...a 5 k run with some hill sprints in the middle. It will be hard but very good it I can do it. I don’t ever measure my workouts, so won’t be able to record heart rate etc..but I’m experienced enough to measure intensity fir myself. I’m looking forward to challenging myself a bit in my running. Just signed up for Windsor half marathon at the end of September. It’s a lovely course! Speak later! Matthew

I’m a 46 yo man in pretty good shape. I started the workout with 25 lb dumbbells and dropped to 20 lbs halfway through. By the end of the workout I wanted to curse your name but I didn’t 😂. Great stuff!

Burning Man, As a 69 year old man who has lifted heavy weights in the past I now find myself with a touch of arthritis that prevents me from lifting the heavy stuff much anymore. I was looking for some good shorter and lighter routines to start using and I came across your videos. Bravo! They are so good and the lighter weights but intense workouts do give me the "burning" I was looking for without putting so much stress on my joints like the heavier weights do. I will start doing more of your routines, love your attitude, professional instructions, and high quality videos, thank you so much!

i tweaked my back and neck a week ago and am almost fully healed. so i hit this bicep workout to ease back into my regular caroline workouts. loved it! i can hardly lift my arms hahaha

I used soda can (330 gram) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes (the palm up curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 6 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.
Ok to be honest I'm going to combine all these 15min workouts into one big workout on our Thurs active rest day. They are just too good to be done only once

Loved this workout! Trisets are so.much fun but coupled with the medley at the end was even better. My biceps are burning along with my back after todays EPIC 23 Row day. So grateful to you Caroline for the motivation, structure, and positive energy.

Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! Yesterday was my biceps day and I can't wait for it to come back, so that I can try this one! Edit: Done - Still feeling the burn on my biceps since yesterday! Never understimate Caroline's workout, even when they are short. This was such a refreshness for my biceps, it has been so many days since they were this sore! Caroline I went to my full body dermatology appointment yesterday and the doctor asked if I lost any weight. I said not a pound but I'm doing weight training with Caroline on RUclips. It has given me better focus on form and the opportunity to explore Caroline archives and find other workouts, in addition to adding in stretching which I neglected during Epic II. After trembling triceps we have burning biceps!!! Yesterday's wall sit challenge was so intense that I can still feel that burn in my legs!!! So I was going to pick up where I left off from epic 3 ( I stopped to do the wonderful 24 days of Christmas) but just didn’t have the energy for day 15 which was a burpees hiit!. So I chose this for a chilled but challenging upper body. Caroline, you’re huge range is a god send. So much to choose from. Love you girl 🤩❤️💪
Get a tennis ball and roll it out over the muscle group, stretch and hold it for 30-45 seconds each stretch and drink alot of water. Take it slow it will get better. Good on ya!

Burning Man, As a 69 year old man who has lifted heavy weights in the past I now find myself with a touch of arthritis that prevents me from lifting the heavy stuff much anymore. I was looking for some good shorter and lighter routines to start using and I came across your videos. Bravo! They are so good and the lighter weights but intense workouts do give me the "burning" I was looking for without putting so much stress on my joints like the heavier weights do. I will start doing more of your routines, love your attitude, professional instructions, and high quality videos, thank you so much!

i tweaked my back and neck a week ago and am almost fully healed. so i hit this bicep workout to ease back into my regular caroline workouts. loved it! i can hardly lift my arms hahaha

Wow! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (330 gram) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes (the palm up curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 6 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

Can men also do Caroline's workouts? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Caroline's biceps workouts for a long time! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! After trembling triceps we have burning biceps!!! Yesterday's wall sit challenge was so intense that I can still feel that burn in my legs!!! So I was going to pick up where I left off from epic 3 ( I stopped to do the wonderful 24 days of Christmas) but just didn’t have the energy for day 15 which was a burpees hiit!. So I chose this for a chilled but challenging upper body. Caroline, you’re huge range is a god send. So much to choose from. Love you girl 🤩❤️💪

It's been two days since this workout and my biceps feel like they are broken
Get a tennis ball and roll it out over the muscle group, stretch and hold it for 30-45 seconds each stretch and drink alot of water. Take it slow it will get better. Good on ya!
