Wow, my arms are noodles now. I did this workout with the 15-minute Tricep back to back. Thanks to Caroline for her channel, expertise and dedication. Made a huge difference in my life. I get a kick how sometimes she works out with no shoes on and I think, “I fear that I would drop a dumbbell on my feet.” Than I realize that shoes wouldn’t make much a difference in protection if that happened. Anyway, Caroline, keep giving us these kick-butt workouts.

I think some people don't read all your details for each workout as people don't know how to use you tube in some cases. It may be helpful for the community to see what your rest days look like. Maybe it's just you popping on for two minutes to remind people to rest. Your channel is amazing so I don't mean to tell you how to manage it. Today I worked on mobility. And walked my dog. Great routine. I used three different sets of weights to be able to get through it 8kg 6kg and 4s. Got a long way to go before I can use just 8kg. But done it. Thanks Caroline

I used soda can (300 grams) as weights but could not last even 6 minutes (wide curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 8 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.
What gets me is the way Caroline looks so happy even though her biceps must surely be screaming for mercy... she actually makes the pain seem glamorous! 💪🏼🔥 I feel like training my upper body today so I might consider doing this one.
Done! I mostly used 7.5kg dumbbells but had to drop to 6.5kg near the end. I'm going to do Tuesday's tricep workout next to make it an arm day, and if I have time I might add some abs in there too 🙂
Did this again as the add-on to EPIC III Day 2. As before, started with 7.5kg and had to drop to 6.5kg towards the end, but this time my biceps weren't completely fresh at the start.

This Certainly is a Wee Gem. The variety is amazing, the pump is second to none and the 10kg DBs feel like 20s on the final slow curls. I have no idea where you have been hiddening some of these combinations Caroline but so glad they went on general release because I just loved this session. Following along in mostly a seated position since I’m non-weight bearing post foot surgery. My favorite is doing the last part extra slow bicep portion while balancing on one leg to engage the core…. At 5:06 she is using an ideal angle on the curls to target the biceps. I hardly see anyone doing it this way. Great job! One small tip is to twist your hands slightly while in that angle so that your pinkies are turned up toward the ceiling. As you twist you will notice the extra contraction in the biceps. This girl is in amazing shape!
I'm 16 years old, my height is 5 feet 8.7 inches, and I weigh 80 kg. I have some fat in my hands. I've been doing a bicep workout for the past 26 days, taking one day off after each workout day, so I've worked out 13 times so far. I've noticed a difference in my bicep size. I started with 6 kg dumbbells, then moved to 7.5 kg, 8.5 kg, and now I'm using 10 kg dumbbells. I'll post updates on my biceps progress. Thank you and bye✌🏻

Thank you yt creator for the video 😊 Just started doing this workout and I had to use my dads 15 Ib dumb bells, I am not as strong as my dad so I used one dumb bell. I tried to use my other hand to support the other. I'll come back to this comment once I'm capable of using one weight without support. I also stopped the video at 10:50 because since I'm working with one weight it took me about 20 minutes. Current arm circumference:11 inches

🔥🔥🔥! How are my arms still functioning after that!?!😳🥴 Bicep burn out and BLOW UP!! My left arm stopped wanting to function like half way through the workout!!😆 During those hammer curl holds towards the end, my left arm just kinda ever so slowly extended the whole time😂! It was done for! That was an intense and very challenging workout to say the least. Superb as always Caroline. I'm gonna be feeling that tomorrow..and the rest of the day😉😁!! @Monika Kaiser my right side is weaker than my left so if I have to drop weight for upper body I have to go to a weight I know my right side can handle just as much to keep up with the left side. This was a really good workout I distracted that I had to drop to 6 kg a couple times for the sake of the doing the full move with perfect form but that’s how difficult it was to keep with up with 8 kg.

I used soda can (300 grams) as weights but could not last even 6 minutes (wide curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 8 kg dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.
What gets me is the way Caroline looks so happy even though her biceps must surely be screaming for mercy... she actually makes the pain seem glamorous! 💪🏼🔥

Did this again as the add-on to EPIC III Day 2. As before, started with 7.5kg and had to drop to 6.5kg towards the end, but this time my biceps weren't completely fresh at the start.

This Certainly is a Wee Gem. The variety is amazing, the pump is second to none and the 10kg DBs feel like 20s on the final slow curls. At 5:06 she is using an ideal angle on the curls to target the biceps. I hardly see anyone doing it this way. Great job! One small tip is to twist your hands slightly while in that angle so that your pinkies are turned up toward the ceiling. As you twist you will notice the extra contraction in the biceps. This girl is in amazing shape!

I'm 16 years old, my height is 5 feet 8.7 inches, and I weigh 80 kg. I have some fat in my hands. I've been doing a bicep workout for the past 26 days, taking one day off after each workout day, so I've worked out 13 times so far. I've noticed a difference in my bicep size.
I started with 6 kg dumbbells, then moved to 7.5 kg, 8.5 kg, and now I'm using 10 kg dumbbells. I'll post updates on my biceps progress.

Just started doing this workout and I had to use my dads 15 Ib dumb bells, I am not as strong as my dad so I used one dumb bell. I tried to use my other hand to support the other. I'll come back to this comment once I'm capable of using one weight without support. I also stopped the video at 10:50 because since I'm working with one weight it took me about 20 minutes.

🔥🔥🔥! How are my arms still functioning after that!?!😳🥴 Bicep burn out and BLOW UP!! My left arm stopped wanting to function like half way through the workout!!😆 During those hammer curl holds towards the end, my left arm just kinda ever so slowly extended the whole time😂! It was done for! That was an intense and very challenging workout to say the least. Superb as always Caroline. I'm gonna be feeling that tomorrow..and the rest of the day😉😁!! My biceps are definitely swollen now haha..and I can feel the heat! Hope everyone's arms still work after this too😆!! See you all Sunday!!

@Monika Kaiser my right side is weaker than my left so if I have to drop weight for upper body I have to go to a weight I know my right side can handle just as much to keep up with the left side. This was a really good workout I distracted that I had to drop to 6 kg a couple times for the sake of the doing the full move with perfect form but that’s how difficult it was to keep with up with 8 kg.

I am doing your workout through chemo and I've adjusted my weights to just 2.5kg and will gradually work up to 5kg. I love love your workouts and now need to work on abs :) Keep 'em coming xx
