And I have an osteoporosis diagnosis , but no one is gonna stop me from getting strong 💪 I’m presently using 10 and 12 lb dumbbells for your arm and shoulder videos. 15lbs are in the corner of the basement waiting for me 😁. This is the best thing for your osteoporsis. I am older than you and have osteopenia. Weight bearing exercise is the prescription! I just love this workout!

I have to admit that there are days that I can’t seem to find any motivation to just go down stairs to my basement and work out, but I have to force and telling myself that it only takes 15-20 minutes then you’ll feel better. This is probably THE MOST effective arms & shoulders workout for a beginner like me! I have been doing this workout religiously with 4.3kg ybell on each arm for one month: 5 days a week for two weeks, followed by alternate days for the next two weeks. I'm in my 70's, retired with a prosthetic hip and (as of March) a prosthetic knee. The first year of the pandemic I slipped into a serious funk. I ate and drank too much and gained weight. With nothing to do, I slacked off on activity and got seriously depressed as I watched people around me fall sick and helplessly witnessed my retirement savings evaporate. And then I found these workouts. I LOVE them and you, Caroline. I've lost over 20 pounds and feel 20 years younger. Your workouts are challenging without being intimidating. You radiate positive energy and the comments from your followers reflect that. I've been a follower for a year and a half, at least four days a week (with a brief pause while I got my shiny new knee) and I haven't felt this good since before you were born. From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my eternal gratitude. And BTW, after a vertiginous plummet, my finances have turned around too.

I was ten pounds lighter in early July 2020. Less than one year later I’m ten pounds heavier. The good part is I’ve been doing abs and arms with you throughout this pandemic and I’m feeling super strong and fit. I have realized that fried foods have put that weight on. Where I live in Costa Rica, you get a whole fish with the head on when you ask for fish and chips. The chips are often plantains lightly fried. It just hit me. Being out of conditioning and protecting my low back, I used 2lb seated in the chair, 5lb in supine. Despite the lighter weight, felt as if I got a n all over shoulder and arm workout without overdoing it. I’ll be returning to this one and look forward to upping the weights and seeing progress! 58 yr old.

Hello Hannah!! You are correct in saying that nutrition is so important! Though I will be sharing nutrition video very soon but my nutrition is simply very balanced, I don’t eliminate any food types and don’t count my calories or macros. I ensure I get protein with every single meal (love fish, poultry, steak, turkey) plus whole grains, eggs, nuts, tons of vegetables, and always remain hydrated! Come the weekend, I love my Saturday nights take away and eating out!! 💓💓💓Balance is so important so that it’s sustainable.. I love eating healthy and giving my body lots of energy to train! 🌟

I do abs almost everyday, and tomorrow I’m doing my cardio then your core workout then arms again. I feel so much more able to tackle things after working out with you.

Hello Hannah!! You are correct in saying that nutrition is so important! Though I will be sharing nutrition video very soon but my nutrition is simply very balanced, I don’t eliminate any food types and don’t count my calories or macros. I ensure I get protein with every single meal (love fish, poultry, steak, turkey) plus whole grains, eggs, nuts, tons of vegetables, and always remain hydrated! Come the weekend, I love my Saturday nights take away and eating out!! 💓💓💓Balance is so important so that it’s sustainable.. I love eating healthy and giving my body lots of energy to train! 🌟
