1st - deadlifts
2nd - body weighted pull-ups

How much time it take ??
Eating well proteins, carbs (take out tortillas and bread just twice week) and training like a beast... no more than 3 months... that also helps to your side of your abdomens
What about the upper back
Yes but why so many reps? And so many exercise. I just read that the t lvls go down afte 45 mins. how I'm supposed to do all thisin 45 mins? and another article says dat 6 to 8 reps are the way to go for muscle building. Can some pls make it clear for me? Thx
You can train for strength: low reps or hypertrophy: high reps.
You see it in the video. He uses low reps in het beginning of the workout when he is doing the heavy exercises. At the end he is more training on hypertrophy by using high reps and really focusing on squeezing the muscles.
And I normally train 1,5 to 2 hours. There is no time you need to train. Some people train 45 minutes and think of Arnold Schwarzenegger he trained for 5 a 6 hours.
You see in the video that he starts heavy and ends with lower weight. Just train as long as that's good for you. Don't worry about testosterone. Everybody is different

its kinda weird deadlift first ...??? how i am gonna suppose to do barbell rows if i am already exhausted and my back is already strained
UNMESH INGLE the deadlift is the most progressive exercise so it’s best to start on it and hit progressive overload, that’s where you get the most gains. The rest is just some pump for some extra gains.
