For folks that struggle with depression, anxiety or chronic illness in the morning it can be really difficult to get out of bed. I put this on after 30 minutes of just laying there just feelin the feels, and by minute 4 I was like, “oh I can totally go do this on my mat.” So I’m up and onto my 2nd video. Your vibes are all I needed this AM 🙌🏽

Currently recovering from Covid and being laid up for days on end with back issues and autoimmune disorders has my body and spine in so much pain. Thought a bed yoga might help and yours was perfect. I’ve never done yoga before, so naturally “in bed yoga” seemed like the best place to begin. Although, I was having trouble with some of the moves on my twin size bed, it was worth it. By the time I was shaking the water off my hands I was smiling. Love your energy! 🙂✨

Thank you Erica for this refrashing Yoga exercises! I did enjoy it most becaus it has a lot of laughter and funny moments 🤣, go on with this, it makes the video more personal not so straight and professional like the other ones. I hate clokes... 40, 41..2...1.. I do eighter have one critical remark: roll the head (esp. in the morning) has to be on halfe or even quart speed. Very gentle and smooth. For me bending the head backwards can causimg me migrane attacs because of traumas. 😥. So please think about peoples with dissabilitys ( mental health problems in my case) and say something mindfullness, pos. Affirmation for the day. This really makes the difference. 😃🌺🌈☀️, Namasté
I have started to use alternative transportation and one if the great things i have found to do while waiting for the bus is your morning bed stretches..
I get all comical looks from passing motorists, along with glances of envy from others that I gave found a moment for myself.
I have even had bus drivers join me ask why am I always so happy.😍
