Because we live in a backwards as world. Our government is one of the best in the world but also the most corrupted. Most of our Police (our public servants) treat us like criminals, are above the law, abuse power. Everything is effed up!

I'm 71 and have enjoyed my firearms since I was a kid. I've never had to shoot anyone, and I hope I never do; however, I still train with friends on my property. I don't hunt anymore, I can't run, roll on the ground, or do "tactical" drills, but I can draw, fire, and hit my target. I believe I'm responsible for my safety and my family, and nothing will change that.

During the Great Invasion of the Russian Army on 02.24.2022, there was a fighter of your age (71) in our platoon. OK, he was the only one of its kind, God did not deprive him of health. But, being prepared and enjoying your drills is better than expecting the inevitable on the couch

We're not stopping. We'll continue to train and qualify for our church safety team. That's a fact.
Well that will Ultimately be up to the individual state. And many aren't gonna change that. The federal government, much less a federal agency has zero right to impose any gun restriction upon a state. Now a state government actually does have way more say in such matters, but still "unconstitutional" in the end.

Pretty much. Most arguments about the 2nd amendment are usually a linguistic trick to obfuscate what it it’s about. You can’t really do that when it comes to people seeking training on their own to form militias. There is no linguistic trick you could pull to do that. That would literally take a constitutional convention to do.

Good old uncle Ted gives a great outline on what we can do every single day. Call and/or write our elected employees and tell them exactly what we want and what we expect them to do. If they don’t protect our rights, we will replace them with someone that will. That’s just one small thing we can do RIGHT NOW. but here’s the thing. We have to get everybody up off of their ass and just do it. Imagine if we flooded their emails and telephones with calls every single day demanding that they do their job the way we expect them to do. They would HAVE to hear us. Remember the million man march? Imagine if we had a multi million man march in Washington holding signs demanding to be heard when it comes to our Second Amendment rights. Unfortunately, people will stick together these days to demand they do their job. There’s no need for violence…..just yet. Just a big old collective stance warning them that we are watching and we have had enough. And we need to remind them of the real reason that James Madison wrote the second amendment. As well as the other nine amendments that make up our individual bill of rights. Just imagine what we could accomplish if we could get millions upon millions upon millions of Americans collectively banding together to do this.

My state address this issue in 2014 and added into the state constitution (we are allowed to assemble while armed) and that all Idaho citizens from18 to 60 are considered Militia

The Walmart's in my area have either stopped selling guns at all, or have cut their display cases to near nothing. A guy at one of them told me Bentonville has put them on notice to stop ordering guns and ammo.

Yeah used to work for Walmart in Bentonville and it's a little blue dot in the middle of a red sea. Arkansas is generally a very pro gun state, yet every walmart there was labeled a fun free zone.

For example: "a Well Regulated watch keeps perfect time", "a well regulated double rifle will put both shots in one ragged hole", "a well regulated railroad is always on schedule".

The entire Bill of Rights is a limit on the authority of government, not a list of privileges bestowed on the People BY government.

The goal is to relocate populations into pre determined population zones (cities/towns) you will not be permitted to live separately from their society, your possessions will be taken away from you also.

Yes Eric, it is a real bill. And sadly it will probably pass. A similar bill was "passed" here in my state of Vermont last year. Its pretty much the same word for word. Despite the Bruen decision and knowing they are breaking the law, our VT state reps still passed it unanimously.

“Interfering with the exercise of someone else’s constitutional rights” and “falsely assuming the functions of law enforcement and asserting authority over others”. So all police, federal agents, and politicians are automatically guilty of dangerous conduct????
Their concern is the fact that we citizens on average train, or at least practice at a firing range, way more than anyone wearing the badge. Most officers I know only fire their weapons when doing annual qualifying, which is truly sad.
