I watch these videos while i do homework (I'm in high school) and just do a pose for each section I have to do and I feel great after because I am less stressed because I got my homework done and I'm relaxed and I feel nice and stretched! thank you for making these videos!

Whenever I tell my friends who are new to yoga about trying a practice on youtube I recommend you because your teaching style is so free, friendly, and fun! Also you move at a pace that shouldn't be frustrating for them, while encouraging the patience stretching and flexibility take. much appreciation and love to you!

A real challenge for a beginner like myself. But wow I feel amazing afterwards! I'm pretty sure my poses weren't perfect, but that's okay. I am embracing where I'm at beacause as you said one does not become flexible overnight! Thank you so much. Namaste.
I often have trouble with my knees when stretching which made me scared to stretch, she is the first instructor to tell me it's okay to bend my knees. Amazing video. Namaste
this was my first time doing yoga in a long time and this exercise got me hooked, I feel soooo much better now. And I really connected with the instructor which made this even more enjoyable :)
I have to say, I feel much much better after this. As I believe if it's a full moon, (which this week it has been) people are negative, a taxi driver confirmed this yesterday, it was also my cousins' boyfriend's birthday yesterday and she said he seems slightly unhappy, I was going to do this for more flexibility and have done just now. It has pulled me out of my negative mode and I feel so much more relaxed and powerful :) thank you for sharing this! Please continue to do more fantastic health/fitness videos! :)
I absolutely love your videos. Every few months ill look on here for something to help me start working with my muscles and getting into shape, but i never wanted to continue after a couple days. Your videos are the only ones I've found that actually make me excited to do it again the next day. Thank you, and please keep posting. :)
Again, she's spot on with the stretches and I feel brilliant. Constant neck pain for the last month and this helps a lot with that, as I sit at a desk all day then play tennis so it's no wonder that if I don't do these routines I have pain. Slightly overdid the middle section and had some knee pain
This was so good, and my first attempt at yoga ever! Good stuff, and it wasn't as intimidating as I thought. I will definitely be incorporating this into my stretching routines!

I like this because it's not too difficult. I think some work out trainers kind of over do it on beginner's videos because they don't remember what it was like to be a beginner so they always start out too hard and fast and I can never keep up with their "beginners" videos but this was perfect! Thanks!

I just wanted to say thank you. I've done yoga in a few of my acting classes but it was just sort of as a warm up and it was helpful but in small increments. Anyways I hadn't done yoga in a while and I wanted to get back into it and at the same time increase my flexibility. The last pose with the shoulders opened me up so much that when I sat back in a comfortable position and took one deep breath I instantly started crying. I know that muscles hold on to emotion as well as tension. Opening up that way released a lot of that unnecessary junk I was holding onto and I already feel lighter. I'm so glad that my first step already led to not only a physical breakthrough but an emotional one as well. See the power in yoga everyone. Thank you thank you thank you!
